My review was based on the professional approach by Rhys who actually took time to realise my needs/desires towards an F-Type that would entice me to buy,
Being an avid enthusiast of Jaguar cars and fully content with my current top model P250, I do have underlying aspirations towards an F-type. With variations within the models, additional myriad of features I set about my quest. Sytners Northampton indicated ' available shortly' a 21 plate with 1200 miles; scant information at this point. I enquiredand spoke with Rhys who readily took on board my queries, i.e is the mileage 12000 and a misprint? He confirmed the car was in stock, no photographs yet available, mileage was 1200 and he would meanwhile send me a video of the car, which he did swiftly. To proceed I visited the flagship dealership albeit a 66 mile journey. I met with Rhys, a particularly affable young professional, who intently listened to my desired spec, went over and above during our discussions, his evident aim to fulfil each aspect of my aspiration. To conclude, he referred upwards in order to confirm on behalf of Sytners the details of the acceptable and fair, (trade-in etc) deal that we had struck. I will return to Sytner Northampton, inspired by their professionalism and especially conduct any further business with Rhys Spelling, his name worthy of note to make direct contact.

Accessing the Jaguar App remotely
Since Jan 23, I been having several technical issues in relation to the remote usage of the Jaguar App. I then contacted the Synter dealership in Northampton. Richard came by this morning and guided me in resolving this matter. Many thanks Richard for giving me an insight into the working of the App remotely.

The whole team were fantastic. They really paid attention and were patient with our deliberating on what we wanted and helped guide us on occasion too. They went above and beyond with little extras to help us get the car in time to take it away on holiday

It was worth the wait
My purchase experience was somewhat unusual as I was buying a former company car from Jaguar Head Office (that used to below to a friend of mine). This was fine and everything about the car is great but having been told on 04/05/23 that the car was available and ready to be sent to the dealer, it inexplicably took almost two weeks for the car to actually arrive..... sadly the anticipation of getting my new car had more than enough time to turn into frustration and then annoyance.

Overall an excellent experience.
Sytner have been very quick to answer every query I've had, they gave us lots of time to look over the car and didn't not pressure for a sale at all. The after sales service has been excellent as well, Georgie Farrow has been the consummate professional throughout the whole process. Overall it has been an excellent experience.

Very poor repair / service
Very poor repair / service . Didn't fix reported problems first time. took 3 visits to resolve. 1st Repairs made but on collection still faulty. Did they even check ? Failed to book in follow up. Turned up no record of my appointment. Then after 2 days i had to return to be booked in again for repair. Month later i called for an update as no one from the dealer ever did to be advised parts haven't even been ordered waiting for authorisation ! I Had to go backwards and forwards to sort out issues. Was blatantly lied to. Poor communications internally and with myself . Poor knowledge. Poor customer service.Car came back with damaged alloys.Still waiting on " invesigation". I was expected to drop off loan and collect my car with a few hours notice otherwise incur £100 fee. Had to ASK for my car charged as only on 17% . No reports on repairs nothing. Worst dealer interaction ever. Fed back my experiences. No one is bothered with my complaints they just pass it on for their managers attention! Such a shame as the buying experience was good. Dealer giving Jaguar a bad name.
