Recently collected BMW which developed a fault..
Having recently collected a ’23 BMW from Sytner Leicester, unfortunately, the vehicle developed some technical faults, shortly after collection. However, my experience with the Sytner Leicester services team has been excellent. I booked my vehicle in for diagnostic & repair which was covered under warranty. I was dealing with Ivan in services who has been nothing short of exceptional! He kindly arranged a courtesy vehicle whilst my vehicle was checked throughout and the fault fixed. I was able to return home and the vehicle was returned to my home on Saturday morning, all fixed and gleaming like new. Ivan kept me informed with regular communication and addressed any question raised. Ivan is very courteous and professional, and a Major asset to Sytner. Thank you for your support Ivan !

There was a problem with no WhatsApp messaging going through, but as the car was all okay, not an issue.
I received a video message from the Service Engineer, but to be frank, I could not hear a word he was saying - this is not the first time unfortunately. Hence the reason why I raised a WhatsApp query in case there was something I needed to know.
All was well that ends well.

Utterly Efficient and overall Great Service
Dropping off the car and seeing a Service Engineer was seamless and very efficient. I didn’t have to wait around at all. I was fully kept informed throughout, with video being sent of the car going through a check of the essentials, a progress portal and the service engineers phone calls.

Service & MoT on time
Arrived on time, to be greeted by friendly staff. I was waiting for the car, and I was told it would be 2 hours for the service and MoT. Went to the local shops, and returned exactly 2hours later. As I arrived back the Service Advisor phoned me to say the car was ready. Everything worked as expected, no fuss and no problems. Excellent friendly service.

Had my car for 2 weeks and was kept in the loop at all times. Thank you so much once again for the goodies. I was pleasantly surprised to find them in my boot when I got home. Couldn't recommend any further. A+

Great Experience
Ivan was my contact and he was really helpful all along. We have been in contact for over 3 months and he provided excellent support. Everything that I wanted to do on the car he sorted brilliantly.

Excellent service, process seamless - ordered a X1 Hybrid and only took 6-7 weeks to delivery.

Staff on the day very polite
Staff on the day very polite, friendly and helpful. Service done quickly and no issues. Only issue is I couldn't book on line for some reason (a BMW rather than Sytner issue?) and the online check in was for the cars original plate, not for my current personal plate.

Brought my car in for a software upgrade issue
Brought my car in for a software upgrade issue and Wes very well looked after by an excellent customer service team member Sammie who kept me updated throughout the day and when I returned to pick up my car,sammiie went through what was found during the inspection process and car was washed and cleaned and waiting for me outside reception,I can’t thank Sammie enough for her help and care throughout my visit shame I can’t give Sammie 12 out of 10 which se well deserved 👏🏻👏🏻👍👍🤗🤗

Best service received in a long time
I came in for an oil and filter change and during the visit, it was found that the front tyres needed replacing and alignment sorting. Richard was very helpful with explaining the cause of the issues and answered all my questions, making it easy for me to understand my different options. This was the best service I had received across all the different mini service partners I have used previously.
