Mark Taylor who bought back , then sold me a new Mini Cooper clubman .
I would like to express my thanks to Mark Taylor who went above & beyond to make sure I was happy with all concepts of my choice in choosing the spec: of my Mini Cooper Clubman
He went over every detail , double checking I was happy with everything.
He made me feel very special when collecting my new Mini Cooper Clubman , even getting me a fresh bouquet of flowers which were an added bonus for me .

Great service
Went in to part exchange my old model and the team couldn’t have been more helpful. Jordan was great at giving me my options and the communication was first-rate. They got me what I wanted and they’ve stayed in touch afterwards to ensure I’m getting in with my new car OK. Definitely recommended.

New mini
I went to sytner to purchase my new mini, Richard listened to my requirements and wasn’t pushy at all.
Richard kept in touch with updates during my 5 month wait for the car to arrive and answered any questions I needed answering quickly.
I would recommend Richard to my friends and family if they were looking to purchase a mini.

Mini Sytner Oldbury have treated us like valuable customers over the last 6 years and the level of service has been first class. Even when we were having recurring issues with one of the cars it was exchanged without any hassle. Mini cars, maximum service.
I've purchased several BMW's and Alpina's from Sytner over the years and I've just part exchanged an M5 for a Mini Clubman JCW!
