The service & attention received by the Sytner Team in Sunningdale Mini has been flawless. Price & vehicle spot on. All of this during a very difficult time.

Saw the car online, travelled 70 miles to view and test drive. A totally great experience at Sytner Sunningdale made especially so by James the Salesman. He was extremely helpful and gave me a very good deal both on purchase and trade in making it a very easy decision to do business with them. Nothing was too much trouble.

Ist and we developed very good rapport with him. Tom was very helpful in sorting out some ad hoc cosmetic issue with our new car too. The Sytner group in Sunningdale had definitely have the team and service that makes us welcome and willing to carry on having MINIs in our family (it’s the THIRD car we’ve bought from the same branch!). I was very impressed with the Sytner Garages both in Sheffield when we first started our search for a Mini when visiting friends and then Sunningdale when we returned home, where we chose a Mini Cooper S. Unfortunately I was unable to get my car as the shut down occurred just one day before I was due to collect it. This which was extremely disappointing as I had sold my old car a few days before in preparation for getting my new one.
I live in a village with very limited public transport and really need to have my own vehicle, so I would be most grateful if I was able to have my car as soon as possible. The registration is RX69 JOA.

Ordering, delivery, handover all excellent. Tom Collins did an excellent job in keeping us informed re manufacture & delivery. Went out of his way to make sure we were happy with handover

I located an ex-demonstrator MINI via the Sytner Affinity website, and was put in touch with Ross, who works at the Sunningdale branch. Although the sale was conducted at arms-length, he did everything he could within his power to make me feel comfortable about purchasing the car without seeing it in the flesh first. He conducted a personalised video presentation and went to great lengths to ensure that I was entirely happy with my purchase. He wasn't pushy (I hate pushy sales staff) and when the car was eventually delivered, it was exactly as described - I couldn't have been happier. Thank you :)

I had a very enjoyable experience ordering my new MINI from Sytner Sunningdale.
I was assisted in my purchase by Tom Collins and I felt that Tom's enthusiasm for the cars was clear to see and for someone like myself who has always loved MINI's this is very important!
I also found the wider team to be very helpful during my purchase, for example when I was changing my mind on the colour this was all dealt with with no fuss.
I was provided with timely updates during production of my MINI so I was always aware of progress and when delivery was expected.
I enjoyed the way the car was presented to me on collection day and Tom has supported me since collection with questions I have had (even while he was out of the business).
All in all a great experience.
