Friendly, no pressure salesman Lewis. He pulled out all of the stops the bring forward the delivery date when our old car packed up. Oh, and the Mini Clubman is awesome.

Highly recommend this garage and a special mention to Lewis in Sales. Would definitely use again.

Both sales and financial personnel were a pleasure to deal with as nothing was too much trouble to explain. One was made to feel welcome and treated as a valuable customer. Paperwork was made easy, straight forward and almost everything was done online. The overall experience of purchasing a new car was without trauma and a true pleasure.

Despite turning up at the showroom spontaneously I received excellent service throughout the transaction.

I had the pleasure of dealing with salesperson Lewis Evans at Sunningdale who was the model professional from start to finish. From my initial telephone enquiry through to the delivery of my vehicle he couldn’t have been more helpful or accommodating. I will certainly be using the dealership at Sunningdale again. The odd part was that I in fact live in Nottinghamshire. My experience of dealing with Sytner Mini Nottingham was very different. The service was appalling, the sales staff utterly inept and my time one of the most miserable and frustrating times I’ve been forced to endure. Curiously, knowing this was an hour of my life I wouldn’t get back I relayed the story to two Mini owning friends. Both of them spoke of similarly dreadful experiences at Nottingham - both bought brand new minis as a consequence from Sytner Leicester Instead (a combined purchase value of £45,000)
I walked into Nottingham with a budget of £30,000 (it may be that my jeans and t-shirt suggested otherwise?) I left with my budget fully intact. I was subsequently delighted to spend much of that budget at Sunningdale. So thank you Lewis - good old fashioned polite and helpful service paid dividends. I suppose it’s all money in Sytner’s a pocket at the end of the day - but it’s a reminder to those reading this that sales is in fact an art - and that most of us want to be treated as if we matter and are valued. It is also in the modern era easy to deal with any dealership anywhere - and will !

Tom was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He listened to my requirements and made sure the car was right for me. Once I placed the order he kept me up to date and in fact the car came a week early which was a lovely surprise. On both visits to the showroom Tom allowed me plenty of time to firstly make the right choice and secondly to provide an indepth hand over of the car.

A very smooth car purchase. The car represented good value which was the principal attraction. All the staff I came into contact with were professional and were very clear on what was on offer in terms of the car and any potential finance packages.

Fantastic staff and service. The process of leasing a new car and swapping from a VW to mini was seamless and very quick. There was a hiccup on collecting the car that was dealt with in a very responsible and professional manner. I love my new mini and feel confident that the Sytner team will support me with services and queries going forward.

I couldn’t have asked for better service. I called on the off chance to see if I could by a mini which I knew was in limited supply. Laura sourced me one straight away and I was called back soon after by Adrian to strike a deal. This was done with the minimum of fuss and I’m now the proud owner of a shiny new car. I was let down by other dealers but Sytner came shining through.
