My experience purchasing my new mini…
My experience purchasing my new mini from Synter Sunningdale Mini was Really excellent. I worked with Adrian Judd through the entire purchase. He was fast to answer all my questions and helped out as much as he could. I was a little skeptical at first because I bought the car Online unseen . Adrian made the car purchase easy by offering a complete video Of the car and pointing out blemishes to make sure there were no surprises once I received the car. My car was delivered by TJ Costis who was incredible in every way , he was patient and spent a long time going through each feature of my new car making sure I was happy and comfortable with my purchase. I would highly recommend working with Both Adrian and TJ to purchase your next vehicle.

Buying a car in lockdown is a strange experience but Sytner Sunningdale made it easy and enjoyable.
From my initial email enquiry to driving off the forecourt the customer service was exemplary.
I would highly recommend.

Ross was very helpful as always. It’s a shame the COVID restrictions have kept things brief and I missed the walk through my new car, but hope to pop back when we are allowed to.

Had a great experience with Sytner…
Had a great experience with Sytner Sunningdale, I was served by Lewis in Mini Sales for a second hand Mercedes and he was great with communication to me and getting all the documents signed beforehand so it was an easy and quick car pickup. He even had an item I had left in the car by accident posted back to me! Fab experience even though I wasn't buying a new car from them.

Recent purchase of new car
I recently part exchanged my car and bought a new car from Sytner Sunningdale. This was done during lockdown so slightly different to
to the full showroom experience however the service was friendly and efficient. The deal and paperwork were concluded quickly and I would recommend Sytner Sunningdale.

Decided to purchase a Mini during Lockdown 2
Decided to purchase a Mini during lockdown! Not the best timing, but Mini Sunningdale handled the process from start to finish in a very professional and 100% safe way. Tom Collins done a great job of explaining the Click and Collect process and everything went smoothly. The Wife is delighted with it and it was exactly as described and promised by Tom.

In these "strange" times it requires good organisation and adaptability to progress if that is just keeping your head above the waterline. Buying a car during lockdown was a challenge . The process started in Late August .
We now have our lovely economic speedy Cooper Countryman. All this made possible by Adrian Judd and the team at Sunningdale Sytner

Tom the salesman was amazing
He was patient and kind
He answered all our questions and was very helpful
In the situation we’re in with COVID and lockdown he coped cheerfully
I would recommend him to anyone as he made the whole experience a good one

Tom Collins went above and beyond to secure the perfect car for me on a really quick turnaround. Nothing was too much trouble. Tom was proactive in making contact with me at a time when he felt looking at a new car would be a good option for me and it was. I’m delighted with my new car. He provides a bespoke and individual service to his customers and ensures you feel valued and that your business is appreciated. He is a big part of the reason I keep coming back to Mini and Synter Sunningdale.

Try harder than most competitors to get you a good deal
Had a good specked car and made significant efforts to give me the deal I wanted which was eventually achieved .Hopefully long term customer support as good as Sales .
