Having spoken to my lawyers on several occasions I find them to be very helpful and especially in answering any questions I have in a way that I fully understand. Good Communication is always key. Highly recommended.

A shockingly bad conveyancing service that was slow, error-prone, dishonest and unprofessional. They claimed to have done work that had not been carried out, and provided a fabricated email to support the claim. They told the buyer’s solicitor that my late father and I were one and the same person. They erroneously advised me that there was a defect in my title, justifying the buyers request that I pay for an unnecessary indemnity insurance policy. They sent me documents for signature that contained errors and inconsistencies. I raised my legitimate concerns with the Principal Solicitor via the firm's complaints procedure and after an initial failure to reply, her response was defensive, antagonistic and offensive. I have reported TG Collins to the Solicitors Regulation Authority, concerning dishonesty and breach of their Principles, and to the Legal Ombudsman for the poor level of service. I recommend avoiding using this firm’s conveyancing services.

Very good and helpful all completed online and by phone it is a great pity that all other firms do not act as professionally as Collins

So disappointed in their service. They failed to correctly address documents even tho we gave specific information. Failed to resend corrected documents when they promised. Didn't respond to our emails requesting a response from them. As a result we have appointed new and responsive solicitors to handle the sale of our property. they are lucky to get even one star - would have preferred to give them MINUS stars!

I needed to update my Will. The whole experience was very good and efficiently done. I did have a couple of questions about the detail and meaning of the final version and those were explained in a very clear and plain English way. A very professional and pleasant young lady made this whole experience a good one. I would highly recommended this firm.

Thushara was very professional, sympathetic and understanding to my situation and her advice reflected that. I believe honesty and transparency is very important in the complex and emotional situation that I and many others are currently in, and these values I found in Thushara at T & G Collins, I believe my case to be in good hands going forward.

As stated in a previous review,if you criticise their poor service or find them to be poor at what they do then you will find they become very upset, argumentative and unproffessional. Avoid this solicitor and use a more experienced, professional person to do business with.

Very happy with the way my house sale was handled. Gave good advice and are a no nonsense efficient outfit. Would not hesitate to use them again.

All aspects of our property sale from the beginning to the end was dealt smoothly, with brilliant communication. We were able to access for advise when needed without delays, very pleased with every aspect and strongly recommend and will use again for any required soliciting work.
