I wouldn’t even give this company one star. They do not communicate at all. I sold my flat with them last August but have had an issue regarding a service charge payment. A year later, a complaint to the legal ombudsman and I am still waiting for some paperwork and a breakdown of the service charge paid. Countless emails sent and phone calls ignored. I really do not like giving bad reviews but am exasperated by this firm. I cannot believe a professional firm of solicitors carry on in this manner

Cannot believe the positive reviews, this law firm do not look after their clients and are a shambles, Almost cost me my house sale and subsequent purchase, they are the most unprofessional conveyancers i have used by far. The level of incompetence is unbelievable. Save yourself a miserable experience, pay a little more and go to a reputable firm that the estate agent recommends.

TG Collins are an excellent solicitors helping me with my will and lasting power of attorney documents.
They are extremely professional and friendly and I would highly recommend them.

When arranging my parents PoA other solicitors made my parents feel uneasy and they found the whole process stressful. I strongly advise caution when dealing with TG Collins Solicitors, particularly Arminder Singh. They were acting for the vendor in our property purchase, and the level of unprofessionalism and inefficiency has been astonishing.
Despite repeated reminders over more than two months, they only began responding to basic enquiries. Even after four months of the process, they have still failed to provide a properly certified death certificate, a simple and essential document. Their constant delays and lack of urgency have caused unnecessary stress and wasted both time and money.
It is clear that TG Collins are unable to manage straightforward requests or provide timely communication. If you value efficiency, responsiveness, and competence, I would avoid this firm.

Fantastic team! First class handling my divorce/financial order. When I first went looking at how to start with sorting a financial order for my divorce it was a minefield and very hard to know what to do. I spoke to many solicitors, but one day I walked into TG Collins and spoke to Jigyasa Pahwa... one of the family solicitors there. When I walked out I knew who I wanted to represent me in this difficult matter! Jigyasa not only was fully informed and very knowledgable, but she also knows how to conduct herself in the most impressive professional, warming and approachable manner, which stood out above others. Jigyasa was on-the-ball throughout, always keeping me updated, always offering good advice and most importantly... always reassuring me. Thushara, the Principle Solicitor was also super helpful, and there for me when I needed extra guidance. They always made sure I was looked after and answered any questions I had.
I would recommend using Jigyasa in a heartbeat... friendly, reliable, professional and incredibly knowledgable! I'd recommend them and especially recommend Jigyasa Pahwa.

My property went under offer in July 2025. It’s now 6 months later and:
1. I haven’t heard from the solicitor since 10th December 2025
2. I have no idea when exchange will take place
3. Communication is extremely slow and I am having to chase multiple times to get any sort of response

I have purchased 2 properties and sold 1 property previously and it has never taken more than 3 months. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We worked with Savita to obtain a fiancee visa followed by a partner visa. For both applications she was a beacon of calm for us in a storm of paperwork and overthinking. She was available for questions of all kinds at all times and was very friendly, professional, patient and knowledgeable. She kept us informed, calm and grounded throughout the processes. What a shambles! 10 weeks after accepting a buyer’s offer, they haven’t even sent the draft contracts. I’ve been calling and chasing desperately, they should be out of business!!!

Used this firm for the sale of a property under a power of attorney and found them to be extremely good, with regular updates and prompt responses to emails. Their fees are very competitive and we will use them again for our own move.

Huge delays, complete lack of communication, resulted in having a property falling through and now a second property sale about to fall through.

Simi was very helpful when I was selling my property. She and the team always responded promptly and kept me in the loop. I got a great service for a really reasonable price. Would recommend them to anyone.

Honestly a great service, carried out quickly and efficiently. Mr Briggs and the conveyancing team delivered great service on all fronts. Communication was prompt and they even chased the buyers solicitors when they were slow to get things moving. Would recommend and happily use again.

Fantastic professional service dealing with Probate court application by their trainee solicitor, Taylor Ellmore, who was super efficient, Knowledgeable, great communicator who I could not fault. I received an email from Tanisha Brown who is based at the Ipswich office who gave me a very reasonable offer to do the conveyancing to which I accepted her quotation. Tanisha kept me updated with virtually every step and I was very pleased with her very good assistance, advice, service and professionalism.
