From the very first phone call the service was excellent. The engineers are clearly proud of their work. We were very happy with the service and would recommend them and definitely use them again.

Of all the days for a boiler to breakdown (leaving us with no hot water and heating), Christmas Day is not one you'd want that to happen! The DC Group quickly identified the issue(s) and after carrying out a step-by-step diagnosis, managed to get the boiler up and running again within the hour -- amazing! I must also mention the job was very reasonably priced, especially compared to the other astronomical quotes we were given for a callout.

Professional, efficient, friendly, informative and carries out work to the highest possible standards -- I can't recommend The DC Group and Dee highly enough.

I am lucky that i found the dc group, always gets the work done to a fantastic standard and is always willing to be helpful to his customers. Recently had a boiler issue and it was resolved straight away the next day, think that the owners genuinely care about their business and client relationships, always ready to give good advice to landlords who are new to the investment game also. Very professional, timely and no sudden surprises.

I found this company via British Gas/Local Heroes, and I have been very impressed. They offered a same-day fixed-price repair for a combi-boiler fault at my elderly father's house.

It turned out to take a long time and two visits to address, but Divyesh of DC Group honoured the fixed price quote. He was also able to carry out an additional job for me, for which I was very grateful. The costs were very reasonable, and I will certainly call on DC group again for any boiler or heating problems.

Wish we had found this company sooner! so impressed with the service we've received. Dee and Jonathan were very professional, polite and actually went the extra mile for us. Their prices were very competitive and we can tell that they are very passionate about their work. They also cleared up after the job was done. We have used them twice so far, no doubt we will be calling on their services again in the near future.

So we had a massive leak that blew up our boiler, we had guys quoting extravagantly as they knew we need to get the work done ASAP.

Dee is superb.
We had a blockage in our boiler and he came out in the evening and fixed it until we had hot water running throughout the house. He was here hours and no complaints.
We initially found Dee when we first bought our house is 2018 and have used him ever since. I would highly recommend him for any job. He is very reasonably priced and is always informative.

My boiler was perfectly, the price was good with the level of job done, time keeping and efficient worker. Very tidy and reliable. I will recommend again and again. So happy I gave the job to him when I was looking for someone to do my job for me and recently done my gas cooker installation. Very perfect.

I enquired about a boiler and tank service. Dee called me back and quoted me over the phone than reconfirmed next morning through his very polite staff. I booked it on the basis that the price was competitive, but the overall customer service impression that it left me with. Dee turned up on time, explained everything and did a few extra bits also. All was done in good time. Very thorough and I would definitely recommend the team.
