Great service by Dee, was able to find a solution to my problem and have me back up and running in 20 mins. I would recommended CDC to anyone for a reliable solution.

Quality workmanship coupled with genuinely attentive, professional and friendly service at a reasonable price,(which is hard to find with the current situation).
My boiler kept on locking out and Dee wanted to make sure I wasn’t left without heating or hot water so had to service the boiler, (originally booked in for another date), because it was in such a bad state. Kept me fully informed throughout the whole process about which parts he was changing and why, and was even showing me the problems, which put my mind at ease. All was done at the agreed price. Cannot recommend DC Group highly enough. Will definitely be using them in the future.

Dee came today to look at our water heater under the Corona Virus Offer for vulnerable people he made on Facebook. No call out charge and free labour.
He came, He saw, and he Fixed!!
He diagnosed the problem within a few minutes and he sorted it out. We have hot water at the bathroom sink for the first time in 5 weeks.
Dee also looked at our living room fire and gave free advice.
We will be in touch Dee and promise in the meantime not to use it until we're ready to replace it.

I contacted The DC Group as they were recommended to me by a friend. I had just purchased a new property but it required new central heating throughout. The team at The DC Group were very helpful throughout the entire process. On the day of installation the team were great, very friendly and tidy and continued to keep me updated throughout the entire process. I have since recommended The DC Group to my family and friends.

I contacted the DC group as I had an issue with hot water at my home and I needed some advice. Dee was able to come over on the same day, complete a quick check on my water and boiler system and identify the problem immediately. He fixed the initial problem however he advised me that I needed to replace my boiler quite soon.

Dee offered a full consultation including an assessment of the radiators. We discussed the options available to me and we agreed to go ahead with a full boiler replacement, a power flush as well as installing some new radiators.

On the day, Dee and his team were on time and he debriefed me before starting any work. I felt comfortable throughout the whole installation and in the end, I was requested to carry out basic tests with his team (testing water, heater temperature, use of boiler) before the job was completed.

A few days later, I was contacted by the DC group as they wanted to ensure that everything was working as promised and gave me an opportunity to ask any questions I may have.

Dee and the team are honest, reliable and have a real passion of what they do. If you are looking for someone who holds the knowledge of plumbing, someone that you can trust then I recommend speaking to Dee. I look forward to working with Dee in the future.
