Very professional, timely and no sudden surprises.

I found this company via British Gas/Local Heroes, and I have been very impressed. They offered a same-day fixed-price repair for a combi-boiler fault at my elderly father's house.

It turned out to take a long time and two visits to address, but Divyesh of DC Group honoured the fixed price quote. He was also able to carry out an additional job for me, for which I was very grateful. The costs were very reasonable, and I will certainly call on DC group again for any boiler or heating problems.

Wish we had found this company sooner! so impressed with the service we've received. Dee and Jonathan were very professional, polite and actually went the extra mile for us. Their prices were very competitive and we can tell that they are very passionate about their work. They also cleared up after the job was done. We have used them twice so far, no doubt we will be calling on their services again in the near future.

So we had a massive leak that blew up our boiler, we had guys quoting extravagantly as they knew we need to get the work done ASAP.
We DC group came out they were fairly priced, Covid safe and efficient.

Dee is superb.
We had a blockage in our boiler and he came out in the evening and fixed it until we had hot water running throughout the house. He was here hours and no complaints.
We initially found Dee when we first bought our house is 2018 and have used him ever since. I would highly recommend him for any job. He is very reasonably priced and is always informative.

My boiler was perfectly, the price was good with the level of job done, time keeping and efficient worker. Very tidy and reliable. I will recommend again and again. So happy I gave the job to him when I was looking for someone to do my job for me and recently done my gas cooker installation. Very perfect.

I enquired about a boiler and tank service. Dee called me back and quoted me over the phone than reconfirmed next morning through his very polite staff. I booked it on the basis that the price was competitive, but the overall customer service impression that it left me with. Dee turned up on time, explained everything and did a few extra bits also. All was done in good time. Very thorough and I would definitely recommend the team.

Great service. Friendly and professional. Divyesh arrived on time and after checking my Vaillant boiler, which had stopped heating water, he identified the fault and recommended a repair. Explained the problem, the part to buy and how much the part and the whole job would cost. Div obviously cares about what he does, and he even did extra work for me refilling my old Magna Clean without added cost.
I'm very pleased and would definitely use his services in the future. Highly recommended.

Following the failure of two engineers who were unable to identify the problem with my boiler. I contacted Dee and gave him some details of the problem. Dee came early the following morning, did some tests and immediately came the conclusion it was not the boiler but the system controls. Unlike the others before him. He put the boiler on hey presto job done. A experienced engineer.

DC Group provide a very professional service. A year ago they installed a new boiler for me and it has been working amazingly. Last week I had my annual service and the engineer did a good job of explaining what he was doing and why the actions are necessary to the effectiveness of the boiler. I would recommend them highly.

I employed the services of the DC Group back in September to fix a temperamental boiler. Dee and the team in the office provided a really excellent service. They were punctual, honest, communicated thoroughly and clearly throughout the job (very useful as I was not on site) and even when the boiler had to be replaced their prices were fair. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation and feel that I have found a firm I can continue to work with.
