New home group have been great to deal with. Armarni who we dealt with was great communicating. Very prompt emails and everything was explained fully. She was always at the end of the phone or called back quickly. Thank you for a smooth initial communications.

Chloe supported us through sales progression in buying a house via the New Homes Group. Her excellent communication and customer care helped make what was at times a stressful process (especially when we lost the first buyer for our own house sale) a more positive experience. We have very much appreciated her empathy and support throughout the last 6 months and are very glad to be moving into our new property soon!

Georgina was very professional and listened to our concerns and acted on them . Overall a pleasant experience dealing with her .

I would be cautious about using estate agent–referred solicitors. In my experience, the referral was associated with higher fees compared to the original quotation obtained directly, and I had concerns regarding the level of transparency.

I also felt that the process was more focused on progressing the transaction quickly rather than ensuring full clarity and balance for the buyer.

Overall, my experience of the customer service was poor, and I felt under significant pressure throughout the process.

The NHG handled the sale when I was buying my first house and they could not have been more helpful or efficient. I was really impressed. They worked hard with my solicitors to meet the very strict turnaround time we were working towards and I would highly recommend them. Especially grateful to Jess who handled everything and put my mind at ease throughout the process.

I only began speaking with your Georgina Merlini on my purchase two days ago. But in that short time she has delivered on all she promised to do up to confirming acceptance of my offer! I have been searching for a while and when someone starts by saying 'we are the best' and then goes on to deliver; I can only wish we had clones of her everywhere. Excellent work, Georgina! Our initial dealings with TNHG were a little bumpy, but once Harry Stoner was assigned as our main contact things went very smoothly. He was communicative and helpful, and just made sure that the whole process stayed on track.

Hayley English was an absolute angel in our house buying experience. As first time buyers it can be very daunting and throughout the whole experience I felt that Hayley went over and above to keep us informed, and what's more, it really felt like she was on our side. In the absence of proper communication from our solicitor, Hayley made sure we understood the process fully, explained timelines and broke down the legal and house buying jargon to ensure we were in the loop. She was always super accessible too and I felt like she worked 24 hours a day as every time I called she was available or I got a quick call back. Really can't thank her enough.

Also shout out to Chloe Rathbone who supported us in the beginning with handling our offer. Although we spoke to Chloe less than Hayley, she was equally as nice and supportive.

We recently purchased a property through TNHG and were assigned Harry Stoner as sales progression manager. From day one until completion Harry was a consummate professional and made the whole process very easy. He was always calling to keep us in the loop and to assure us things were moving in the right direction. As first time buyers we were pleasantly surprised with the smoothness of our house buying process and with the service throughout from Harry and TNHG. Would recommend!

I am writing to formally raise a complaint about my recent experience.They are totally fraud people main person is LUKE ,I feel that I have been treated unfairly and misled throughout this process. Initially, my offer was accepted and released the Memorandum of Sale (MOS) However, shortly after, I was informed that another higher offer had been received and my agreement was effectively disregarded.
Despite following up within the given timeframe and even increasing my offer by £5,000 compared to the advertised price because the home needed for my son’s school,I was told the property would not be sold to me. This has caused significant frustration and confusion.We are different country people first time buyers so they make us fool and guide us fraud and wrong way.Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. I feel that the process was not handled transparently or fairly, and it has led me to lose trust in your service.make me too much of stress.very bad and fraud people
