Rosie Fraser from The Personal Agent Epsom was very welcoming. The agent was on time and gave a good walk through being informative without being pushy.

It was a long process selling my 2 bed flat in Epsom but Sarah was helpful & always available to talk to & discuss matters I didn't always understand!

I have just sold my property with the personal agent in Banstead. We had various delays and issues with the solicitors, however Mark was brilliant throughout. He got involved numerous times to help speed up the process between the solicitors, right to the very end and even on completion day. Thank you for your help Mark and to everyone at the personal agent who assisted throughout the sale.

Glad we sold our property with The Personal Agent in Epsom. We had honest and expert advice from the offset after struggling to sell for 3 months with another agent. The personal agent created a beautiful video of our property which I feel really did help our sale. They also suggested what would and wouldn’t work and gave an honest breakdown of the current market. I felt they communicated well with us as sellers, although we didn’t get enough feedback from viewings in general, but when we did have a successful viewing it was well communicated.

Sarah from after sales was excellent and communicated well, liased with us effectively, took our concerns seriously and called back when she said she would.

Overall, very happy we switched over to the Personal agent and can honestly say, the Epsom team were excellent.

The Stoneleigh branch team are simply brilliant.
