We have had a very positive experience with the Personal Agent, dealing mainly with John and Mark. Very comprehensive communications together with a great level of professionalism at all times

Sarah was exemplary throughout our sale. She moved the process along at pace, always with attention to detail and a pragmatic, solutions focused approach. She was instrumental in finding practical ways forward for the benefit of the entire chain and maintained clear, consistent communication from start to finish.

She is a real credit to The Personal Agent and, without doubt, the reason I would confidently recommend this firm to anyone selling their home.

Despite us not previously knowing the location very well, the Personal Agents had a good understanding of the type of properties and areas which would best suit us.
