We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Think Mortgages. As first-time buyers, we had so many questions, but the team was fantastic—super supportive, always on hand to help, and they kept us in the loop every step of the way. They were quick to chase things up, keep everything on track, and make sure we were always updated. Honestly, they went out of their way to ensure everything went smoothly for us and were always ready to offer advice when we needed it.

They also guided us through arranging all the necessary insurances, making the whole process so much easier and stress-free.

We can’t recommend them highly enough and will definitely be using them again when it’s time to renew

I was lucky enough to meet Charlotte whilst walking our dogs, through getting to know each other I leant that Charlotte and her husband Carl run their own business for Mortgage and financial services advice. I needed to remortgage due to having an interest only mortgage and really didn't want to move. When I reached out to Carl he was great, he understood what I needed and gave the best advice. Charlotte also personally undertook taking care of the administration with the mortgage provider and legal services, she was brilliant, guiding me every step of the way.
