I have been dealing with Matt Newnham for years, he's helped me remortgage my flat on a no of occasions and has most recently helped us with a mortgage on a house. Always quick to respond and help us out with advice along the way, finding great mortgage offers and putting us in touch with solicitors, surveyors etc.

I recently used Think Mortgages Ltd for a remortgage/transfer of entity following a separation. I had quite a complex case for varying reasons and Carl was incredibly tenacious in securing a remortgage for me including debt consolidation which has made a huge financial difference. Carl was understanding, non judgmental and simplified the mortgage application process every step of the way. I would not hesitate to recommend. In addition to Carl, he has the most fantastic team of support also; particular thanks to Charlotte who really went above and beyond by chasing First Port Management company for the information required by my solicitor to complete the mortgage. Without her, i truly do not think my mortgage would have completed when it did, she is a real credit to Think Mortgages Ltd. Thank you Carl and team.

Great service as always. Carl and the team make everything so seamless - this is the fourth time we have used them and service is always extremely high!

I have use them before and I’m grateful they contacted me early enough to remind me that my fixed period was coming to an end. My mortgage was renewed before the interest rates went up for which I was very grateful.

I was recommended to Think Mortgages by a friend who had used them in the past. I am a past mortgage broker and wish that we would have been able to conduct business in such a trying market as well. As long as you furnish them with the information when they require the service you receive will be second to none. Completed a remortgage very quick (in partnership with Optima legal services) and the information was clear and concise. The fees charged are very competitive (by that I mean great value for money) nothing was too much trouble and they kept us upto date on the progress even giving us a nudge when the leage team could not get hold of us. Top service highly recommend.

Matt Newnham has been an incredible mortgage broker. Personally recommended by another friend who was delighted with Matt's support, I couldnt have asked for more. He has been available for discussion at various opportunities regarding rates, different options and always generously given me the benefit of his extensive knowledge within this field. I wouldn't go anywhere else and will be happily returning to Matt in 5 years when the time for re-mortgaging arrives.

Think mortgages are great. They gave me all the info I needed and updates on my mortgage as it progressed. They also kept finding better deals when they appeared prior to my existing deal expiring. They kept me in the loop at all times. Would definitely recommend.
