Both Tom and Gary were extremely polite and helpful when I had a problem with my Samsung.
They also informed me of advantages to an upgrade .
Gary loaded an antivirus software which is only an extra pound per month.

Love this place.

Honor mobile
I met Ross the customer service man when I bought new mobile on Xmas Eve. He was very informative and explained the contract. I had issues a fortnight later after my temporary number was appearing on some of my texts. I ordered a replacement SIM which Ross kindly put in for me
