Went to the castleford store to get a new phone contract. Karen served me and changed my contract to Three. She transferred data from old phone to new phone. Very very happy with the service.

Shannon was fantastic
Shannon was fantastic. A star of the highest order. I was sold a plan over the phone and it wasnt what I wanted. I came into store and she reversed everything and I got a new phone. She copied everything over to my new phone and I couldnt be happier. Super friendly. Ill never upgrade over the phone again
