Shannon was fantastic. A star of the highest order. I was sold a plan over the phone and it wasnt what I wanted. I came into store and she reversed everything and I got a new phone. She copied everything over to my new phone and I couldnt be happier. Super friendly. Ill never upgrade over the phone again

Shannon has the patience of a saint. We have no clue about phones and we've been in 3 times now for help and she's solved our problems every time. Incredible. I don't know what we would do without her
