Aya was great in store gave me a 20 pound deal for a phone calls text and case and helped me set it up with helen as im not great with technolagy will bs coming back hede to upgrade for sure

Bought a new phone and went on to monthly payments instead of pay as you go. Karen was v v helpful on giving me advice and helping me go through all the options. Karen also set up my new phone with my same number and copied everyting over to my new phone. Excellent, because I could not not do this myself.

So good I came back!
On the 23rd July 2026 I returned to the Castleford Carlton Lanes 3 shop for 2 phone contracts. I had previous been to the 3 store for an Internet contract around 4 months ago and due to the remarkable and very professional service I received from Shannon and Paul and had no reservations in returning to the store despite that I live in Wakefield with a number of phone stores on my doorstep. It is important as a customer to have a good level of trust when purchasing contracts and that the customers needs are identified and met, rather than focusing on just getting a sale. I felt that on the 23rd July 2026 Shannon listened to what I wanted and showed me a variety of contracts that would meet my identified need and offered a range of prices. I came away feeling very satisfied and thoroughly enjoyed my visit. Shannon is so lovely and thoughtful. Through observations, all the staff appear very friendly and helpful and the other customers appeared happy and pleased with their service. It really is a lovely, clean and friendly store and I will highly recommend this store to my freinds, family and colleagues. Thank you 😊
