Shannon was absolutely fantastic
Shannon was absolutely fantastic. She spent 2 hours on the phone trying to help me resolve the issue. I’ve never met a sales advisor that takes complete ownership of a problem. She could have easily given up and sent me away. Instead she was relentless in solving the issue and I think she is amazing. Three would of lost a customer if it wasn’t for her

Shannon was extremely helpful spent ages helping me and my husband secure a new phone, tablet and WiFi and even help setup my husbands new phone and get all the data transferred over which we find extremely difficult to do ourselves. All the staff are amazing
All the staff are amazing. They go the extra mile & nothing is too much trouble. A special mention to Paul, Helen, Shannon & Karen they all help with small or large issues as I am not conversant with modern technology.

Karen helped me sort out an early upgrade to a new phone as my old one wasn't working properly. She transferred everything across to my new phone. Excellent service.
