Phone contract issue
I needed to visit the Three mobile cwmbran store to resolve a contract issue concerning a new phone I recently purchased from Three online.
I spoke with Connor in store and he explained the mistake I had made and provided me with a resolution to put me at ease, as I was concerned I would end up paying for two phones. Connor was very professional and explained if I returned to the store, they would be able to arrange an upgrade from my current device, to avoid this issue from happening again. Connor definitely saved my skin and I'm grateful for his support.
I returned to the store one week later where I was served by Keira and I had explained what happened the previous week. Keira provided great customer service and took me through the upgrade process and explained the benefits of the new device which I wasn't aware of fully, putting me at ease that the mistake I had made previously would not occur again.

Excellent support at Three Cwmbran
Upgraded to a new mobile phone through the store in Cwmbran. Had an issue with it that I have never seen and couldn't get any support from Three customer services or internet searches. Step forward Cameron ( definitely began with a C 😅).
Spent a couple of hours with my device, whilst still serving others whilst I went wandering round the shoppers paradise. On return he has fixed the issue, amazing really as the WiFi in store is so poor. Top man, has kept me with Three for another couple of years as I was a phone fix away from cancelling.

James was so helpful ! He really knew what he was on about and guided us to the right phones for us ! We left other company’s to join three and so far, very happy with our decision !
