Excellent support at Three Cwmbran
Upgraded to a new mobile phone through the store in Cwmbran. Had an issue with it that I have never seen and couldn't get any support from Three customer services or internet searches. Step forward Cameron ( definitely began with a C 😅).
Spent a couple of hours with my device, whilst still serving others whilst I went wandering round the shoppers paradise. On return he has fixed the issue, amazing really as the WiFi in store is so poor. Top man, has kept me with Three for another couple of years as I was a phone fix away from cancelling.

Went in to Cwmbran to get a new phone ended up having some great advice on contracts and saved money too. Excellent advice really helpful thank you to Imraan & Emma. Highly recommend the service we received today.

Today we went to the Cwmbran store where we had James serve us.
James was so helpful ! He really knew what he was on about and guided us to the right phones for us ! We left other company’s to join three and so far, very happy with our decision !
