Highly recommend
James was our customer advisor. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful. From start to finish.
My partner is moving over to 3 and james made it seamless, nothing was too much trouble whilst chatting away and made my partner and I feel very welcome to the store.
Would highly recommend James, especially if buying a Samsung. He seems to know the brand to an expert level.

Keira & Brad were extremely helpful, friendly & knowledgeable.
They explained the broadband package thoroughly, & even set the cables up for me.

Called at the Cwmbran store today and had absolutely 110% service from Keira and Imrann, purchased new phones for me and my wife and they were an absolute delight, they transfered every single bit of data from old phones onto our new ones with ease, total professionals both of them with outstanding product knowledge, I would recommend this store and these guys to anyone, Thankyou both so much……..
