Great experience with Sam, and the Tunbridge Wells team this morning!
Sam, and the support from his colleague in store this morning (I apologise I didn’t get your name), were just brilliant.
Genuinely the one of the most helpful people I have experienced in all my years with Three; no pressure, nothing was too much trouble, and he couldn’t have been more willing to find me what I wanted for the best price, and send me away happy with my new phone and sim contract.

I had a really great experience at the 3 Store and just wanted to say how helpful the team were. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly, approachable, and genuinely keen to help.
Joe was especially brilliant he helped me with my upgrade, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process so easy and stress-free.
