Just went into the three store in Wakefield to sort out a technical issue with my phone. Mike was fantastic! Nothing was too much effort. Mike was help, friendly and professional. Thank you

I'm a three customer and going through a very difficult time at the moment. I called in to the Wakefield store and was seen by a guy called Mike. He couldn't have been more helpful and kind.
Not only did he help me with my questions I needed answering but he went above and beyond with with some help with my life situation.

Great customer service
Can say strongly say that the staff in here take real care of us customers. They are really looking out for us and helping us get the best deals. Additionally, the customer service is amazing. The times that I have been in Raf and Mike have been very helpful and made the experience much better.

Great customer service as usual
Great customer service as usual. Raf spent a couple of hours making sure we had the right deals for our needs and not just the hard sell. He was very patient and allowed us to look at every option with great advice. That is why we've always gone into the Three shop.
