I had a great experience at the Three store. The staff were very friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They were helpful, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Really good customer service and a nice atmosphere in the store. I’d definitely recommend visiting if you need help or advice.

Excellent Customer Service
We've been customers at 3 for around 16 years now and always receive excellent customer service. Our recent visit was no exception. Kerry was fantastic, both friendly and professional, explaining simply all we needed to know. I'm sure we will now be making use of the 3 rewards!

Visited the shop this morning
Visited the shop this morning , and Mike and Kerry couldn't do enough .
Had an issue 3 Customer Service, but Mike went above and beyond and sorted my ongoing situation in 20 mins
Amazing face to face Customer service and would recommend Mike to anybody .

Called in store in Wakefield.. myself and my husband had a problem logging into our accounts Joy the manager was able to assist us..(as she also has done in the past)..she was and is very helpful.. a credit to your company..
