Just went into the three store in Wakefield to sort out a technical issue with my phone. Mike was fantastic! Nothing was too much effort. Mike was help, friendly and professional. Thank you

Excellent service
I have just been into the Three store Wakefield Trinity Walk and the service was exceptional I spoke to Mike and he helped me sort out the problem. Very professional would definitely recommend.

Terrible service from Mike at 3 wakefield
Absolutely brilliant experience today Mike was very patient and assisted us today and we are very grateful he was polite and helpful with our query , I'm no longer happy it's been a week now and the phone is ordered has not arrived I went in shop to ask Mike and he was very rude offered me no advice said it was nothing to do with him anymore and he couldn't care less, I'm so upset with terrible customer service

Mike who served us was brilliant & could not do enough for us, we are really happy with the service. This is what I thought at the time but a week later we have not received the phone after spending £ 17000 we went back to see Mike who couldn't care less and said it was nothing to do with him now, I'm very disappointed and now wish had not paid for phone I've just been in shop to see Mike a week later not having received phone he had a terrible attitude and washed his hands of my worries I will never take my custom there again and advice people to be very wary of shopping there

Excellent service
The shop assistant (Mike) was very helpful and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to help with my questions. He was an absolute credit to the company and a really nice guy.
