The shop assistant (Mike) was very helpful and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to help with my questions. He was an absolute credit to the company and a really nice guy.

Called in store in Wakefield.. myself and my husband had a problem logging into our accounts Joy the manager was able to assist us..(as she also has done in the past)..she was and is very helpful.. a credit to your company..

Mike at Wakefield was great
Mike at Wakefield was great, we were moving 4 sims to new phones, he looked at every option for us and came up with the best package for us. There were some complications with moving the esim to the new phone. Mike was as frustrated as we were but did his best.

Informative and likeable staff
Informative and likeable staff. I have stuck with the same make of phone for years but through being shown comparisons with other makes I have gone for something different.
