Beautiful colour quality seems good. Took to time to send out samples. Will be ordering

Worst service , I purchased 6 packs of Matt black tiles and while one of the staff was loading into my car , I asked if excess was left can I return it, he told me to call whenever I want to return it. I had 3 packs left and rang the company. Only to be told they don’t collect returns. I just have 3 packs of tiles left in my store with no use.

Excellent service all round. Great tiles, great delivery. The only place I would now go for my tiles. Did everything online

Good quick delivery

We had 2 boxes of cracked tiles. Sent a photo and a new box was delivered in 2 days with no fuss.

Had a great experience with Tam and the rest of the team at TM, resolving an issue I had with some of the tiles I had ordered. They were very responsive and extremely helpful with my query. Would definitely recommend.

Really pleased with the tiles we ordered for our bathroom, they’re gorgeous (Precious Ivory Onyx Marble Effect Matt Porcelain Tile & Luma Antique White Gloss Ceramic Tile) and even more impressed with the customer service we received from Kaz, she was amazing and sorted out an issue we had immediately over the phone - thank you so much Kaz, this was our first experience of using Tile Mountain & we will definitely use them again!

A few issues with delivery but delivery driver was great in the end saved me time and effort.

Was told end of June for my tiles, now you have added another month? This is not how to deal with your customers, had this planned with workmen, so have had to delay with them,

I had a fantastic experience with Tile mountain when purchasing tiles for my bathroom. The quality is excellent with a great selection of styles, colours and finishes to choose from. All staff were friendly one staff member Shayan helped me find the perfect tiles, he was patient, professional and genuinely happy to help. The finish result looks amazing and I’ve received so many compliments. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for high quality tiles and outstanding customer service.

Very good service

I bought tiles for a house which is undergoing complete renovation and unoccupied, meaning I needed sufficient prior notification of the delivery time to be able to ensure someone was there to receive the tiles. Rabia Idrees in Customer Service was extremely helpful in ensuring that the carrier was advised of the circumstances so that the delivery was received at a convenient time. I was worried on ordering initially but Rabia's professional and understanding communications reassured me that it would work - and it did.
