Must be actually -5 ... Terrible service in Greece. Two shipments with TNT - Fedex and twice the same issue , false tracking details,long transit, they change schedule while not demanded, state fake delivery attempt ... they should be banned from doing business ! A shame for other couriers !!!

Ça a mal commencé ave la société,je devait reçevoir mon colis pas de nouvelle!
J appelle sur un numéro payant, déja un mauvais point! On m' annonce que mon colis est introuvable! Q ' une réclamation est faite! Et bizarrement le lendemain un ptt sms pour m annoncer que mon colis est en route! Un ptt coup de telephone du livreur pour dire qu il est en route!
Un transporteur agreable! Et un colis qui est bien a moi! En gros une livraison qui plus ou moins cest bien passé!

Comme beaucoup de gens le savent TNT Express et FEDEX, sont les pires transporteurs !!!, je conseille aux internautes, avant toute commande de bien vérifier, auprès de leur site d'achat, quel est le transporteur proposé. Car finalement, c'est le site d'achat, qui est RESPONSABLE, en proposant aux clients un transporteur, absolument incompétent. J'ai appris a mes dépens, a ne plus faire confiance aveuglément, exemple : " colissimo suivi ", on s'attend a avoir affaire a : " LA POSTE ", très grave erreur !!!, on vous fournit TNT / FEDEX !!!!!!! ........

Parcel tracking has been down for customers for nearly 2 months and TNT/Fedex are doing nothing about it. Our customers are frustrated as they think we are not sending their items.

They have picked up the package from my office on 22nd of April, and today 28th of April at 1600h I still see the status ''collecting 22/4/2025''
I mean they don't even care updating the status on their tracking platform/webpage.

Is there a way to give zero star? Because if any company deserves it, it is them. Repeatedly lying about no one being home when they don't even bother checking via the intercom or knocking. This is a common practice for this fraudulent company. The staff at my local pick up point where they drop off all packages (because they do not want to individually unload the boxes at each address) confirmed that many customers have complained that TNT doesn't ever attempt to deliver the items at the designated address. Then they dared charge me an exorbitant fee two weeks after delivering a box of my personal items, claiming that it was overweight. No evidence or details was given. This is daylight robbery. I really hope they get shut down soon. Have no idea how and why FedEx is letting them brazenly cheat customers. Please avoid. And if any brand is still using their shipping services, refuse to buy their products.

C est quoi ces livreurs qui viennent même jusqu'à la maison pour livret ???? Il le dépose à un point relais de sont choix ???. J ai une caméra au niveau de mon portail je n ai vu aucun livreur de la matinée !!!!

Catastrophique

Livreur pas passer, laissé un avis sur le suivi internet à 10h50 par laquelle le portail était fermée et absente lorsque j'étais à la maison à attendre la livraison jusqu'à 12h20 alors qu'il a pas essayer de venir.

Les livreurs ne passent pas, déposent les colis directement en point relais.

We occasionally use TNT for some of our business destinations. The bookings are made through Transdirect (a freight brokerage company and highly recommended !).

Every single time we ship with TNT, they advise us that we underdeclared our carton dimensions and as a consequence, they add on at least 25 to 30% additional charge to the original freight charge.

When we first experienced this, we deliberately added 3 cm on each box dimension to account for any so called errors in dimensional calculations. For example, if the correct carton dimensions are 57 X 41 X 38 cm, we enter 60 X 44 X 41 cm in the booking form.

Even after doing this, we are STILL being charged an additional 25-30% of the original freight charge for "underdeclaring" !! This beggars belief !!

We use several carriers in our business with daily shipments of between 10-20 cartons to destinations across Australia. To name a few : Direct Freight Express (excellent service and prices), Allied Express (excellent service and prices), Couriers Please (excellent service and prices). All these carriers pick up shipments from us on a daily basis.

in the 20 years we have been in business, we have never had an issue with underdeclared dimensions with any of the other carriers we work with. All of them have correctly calibrated laser technology to determine carton dimensions.

Forthwith, we have stopped using TNT and will never use them again.

Sur son site géré à 100;% par l'intelligence artificielle, pas d'interlocuteur téléphonique, pas de zone
d'explications sur sa page de signalisation d'erreur d'adresse, pas de réponse après notification d'erreur,pas de contrôle préalable à la. livraison entre la rue et la commune
Bref j'espère que mon colis reviendra à mon fournisseur et que je n'aurai qu'à subir une 2e fois les frais d'envoi

They did not even come to our place when they said they did. Waited all day for them for nothing. Shocking service.

j'ai effectue un achat chez showroom et j'ai payer les frais de livraison qui devais se faire chez moi le transporteur m'envoie dans une autre ville je les envoie un message pour réclament un remboursement de mes frais de livraison je me rend dans l autre ville pour prendre mon colis et arrivé la bas je vois que ils ont changer l adresse de livraison dans ma ville dans un un point triel phone relet fermé et a céder qui n'existe plus et en plus c'est marquer livré c'est décevant et pas professionnel

What a poor excuse for a company TNT is.

Firstly they never made a delivery attempt.

After not attempting to make a single delivery they dropped the parcel at a remote location

I called to complain, was advised the issue would be investigarwd and I would receive a call back. Consistent with prior experiences, of course no call

No delivery, no call, no customer service, TNT should be no company

Déplorable... ma fille s'est démenée pour avoir une livraison le jour de mon anniv, les "fleurs" (en tout cas ce qu'il en restait) sont arrivées 4 jours plus tard, le carton était défoncé, plus d'eau dans le vase, colis abandonné sur le paillasson... j'ai vu personne ! Je ne laisse jamais d'avis sur internet mais là... j'ai pris le temps de le faire !

Mon colis a été refusé dans 2 points relais autour de chez moi. Je ne sais où est mon colis service déplorable

Ive been is transport for 30 years , worst service ever . i admit there was an address problem which is on me . But no call , no follow up to find right address . I Literally got an email saying it was my responsibility to track my package not TNT (they signed a con-note to pick up and deliver my goods ) and they admitted they don't employ anyone to follow these up . So do they just get dumped in the rubbish ? I onl;y got the email after multiple complaints to my supplier . That was 3 days ago still not delivered , still sitting where it was three days ago . And don't try to call their help centre its run by AI so no people to talk to . Ill be driving my Ute into the middle of their warehouse tomorrow , lets see if they like their business disrupted and cost them money . i have attached the email where they say they take no responsibility

TNT A FUIR

J'ai payé un supplément pour être livré d'une batterie automobile chez moi. La livraison était prévue aujourd'hui 14 février 2025 sans précision d'heure et j'attendais depuis ce matin en ayant même ouvert mon portail et vers 13h30 je reçois un mail indiquant que j'étais absent lors de la livraison et que je devais aller chercher mon colis chez un commerçant. Le livreur n'a jamais sonné, n'est sans aucun doute jamais passé chez moi et a livré directement chez le commerçant ! Lamentable !
