I suggest anyone considering using this company to think again. It would appear post merger with Fedex (who historically had a good record, excellent tracking and reliable accurate customer service) that they have not replicated the internal systems of Fedex and provide a below standard service across most every level. Over the past 6 weeks I have had boxes returned from depots where they have been sitting for months, no one can explain why, mis information across the board and little to no ability to rectify, an off shore call centre that can do nothing but apologise and provide no eta's and a company that is obsessed with raising case queries that are a road to no where. Charges appearing on my billing as debit adjustments with no detail and an incredibly complex internal admin whereby you are transeferred from one person to another with no results. After calling on 5 occasions today regarding an urgent shipment and being told it was "with a driver and down for delivery", I finally started asking for a senior manager late in the afternoon to get to the bottom of where the driver was and when it would be delivered, I was finally told that the goods were still at the depot, had never been collected by a driver and would probably be delivered tomorrow. When I asked probably or would be, the operator said unfortunately I cannot guarantee anything. TNT/Fedex have unfortunately morfed into a Telstra of sorts where they have officially lost all control and visibility of goods and where they are. I have been told that they cannot contact drivers with them continually saying the depot has to update them. In other words you cannot press them to call someone and make anything happen. This company has a large proportion of the market and have no real interest in helping. Finally, be wary of theor online booking and quoting system. They are live with a system that is far from perfect. You book a job, it lists the details including the cost and in particular if it's a rural site you could be charged a random additional fee because contractors are involved. When pressed on this you get the obligatory "I'm so sorry" where they have no intention or real ability of answering logically or professionally.
I'm moving on now and closing our account. If you have customers like me that demand timely deliveries and don't mind paying for the service you need to go elsewhere. The grief this company puts you through is just not worth it. I learnt the hard way...

They don’t use phones. If your item does not get picked up they don’t notify you.

Ordered a battery for a defibulator (life or death machine) for 330 eoros. The company gave it to TNT for delivery. TNT says it was delivered, it was NOT.
In future I will ask who is the transporter if it is TNT I will not purchase.

je vais également signaler auprès de mon fournisseur votre prestation en lui disant que j'achèterais ailleurs ne voulant plus etre livré par vous.

livreur jamais passer . notez sur leur suivi que j ai ete avise alors que je ne n est rien ni dans la boite au lettre ni sur mon tel ..
enseigne d arnaqueur vous payer pour avoir des renseignement et vous tomber sur une IA ..
TNT champion toute categorie .. je ne comanderais plus jamais chez un fournisseur qui passe par TNT

In my experience, 4 out of 5 deliveries have arrived more than a week late — when they arrive at all. The level of inconsistency is astounding, with little to no communication or accountability throughout the process.

If your business or customers depend on timely delivery, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. This company has proven to be completely unreliable and has cost us both time and confidence. Spend your money with a logistics provider that actually delivers.

Tnt était censé venir prendre un colis chez moi je suis resté bloqué toute la journée ici personne ne s'est présenté aucun signe de vie aucun sms ni appel rien de rien ... Voilà j ai perdu ma journée pour eux très déçu du service !

Express package is not delivered yet after 5days. Totally crap company. No recomend to have buisiness with TNT!!!!

Paid for 4 day express shipping for an Item from NSW, made it to brisbane to their depot but then was shipped back to nsw, specifically tamworth. Had to contact them for them to realise their screw up. Was promised a date for delivery and a time which it will be done by. It is now well past that time and have had zero responses from them. Stay away from these idiots. Absolutely useless, they have one job and cant even do that right

premiere et derniere commande Via TNT Express, 50 E de livraison pour une piece a 70E

Sur le suivit de livraison tentative de livraison le 03/07 avis de passage déposé. (nous n'avons recu aucun avis de passage ni appel du livreur, aucun colis déposé non plus)
Quand j'appel le service client on me dit que la premiere tentative de livraison est effectué auj soit le 08/07 et que les infos indiqué sur le suivit sont des messages automatique dont il ne faut pas se fier..

Resultat colis express livré 6 jour apres la commande enfin si il arrive auj ... avec TNT on est jamais sur de rien

J. Ai vécu une très mauvaise expérience. Mon colis devait être livré le 8 juin 2025. Le livreur n’a jamais trouvé mon domicile. Mon habitation ne se déplace pas. Puis le mardi 11 juin, un nouveau livreur se présente n’étant pas à domicile je lui demande de ne pas déposer le colis, car je suis absente, il me parle très mal.. Je contacte le service client le soir même puis le mercredi puis le jeudi pour trouver une solution’, le colis est de nouveau livré le vendredi, le livreur hautain, désagréable, m’a menacé lorsque j’ai demandé de vérifier le contenu du colis, s’étant baladé depuis ce samedi. ( jetait en ligne, avec mon expéditeur lors de cette conversation) je trouve cela irrespectueux et anormal venant d’un livreur. J’ai de nouveau contacté le service client, et déposé une réclamation, une personne de ce service m’a donnée une adresse e-mail qui est incorrecte, j’essaye en vain de récupérer l’adresse pour effectuer ma réclamation et du comportement du livreur, à ce jour, ils refusent de me la donner. Le comportement du livreur va rester impuni !!

Never attempted delivery to my address, simply issued a notification for me to pick it up from a collection point. Why bother using a courier that doesn’t even try to deliver items?

Le livreur s'est empressé de déposer le colis et s'enfuir comme un voleur et pour cause. Des que j'ai soulevé le colis des bruits de verres dans le carton sans meme l'avoir ouvert le miroir est cassé. J'ai appelé aussitot le livreur; Dixit : Trop tard vous avez signé le bon, rapprochez vous du vendeur.
Quelle honte fuyez ce vendeur et le livreur TNT FEDEX de sorrgues à VOMIR.
Pas etonné que le miroir soit livré cassé, un miroir de 90x80 cms dans un simple carton.

You need to get rid of that damn tennis bullshit in sports off of TNT and put the regular TV programming back on there. Everybody don’t wanna watch that stuff there’s ESPN for all that garbage.

Colis non livré, un sms de passage pour vous informer qu’on a pas pu livrer le colis car absent, ce qui est entièrement faux.
Livraison reportée et non effectuée sans infos. Problème rencontré pour la deuxième année consécutive. Service déplorable.

they missed their delivery dates twice on the same package. called their customer service 4 times and got the run around

If I could give negative stars, I would.

TNT is, without doubt, the worst-performing logistics company I’ve ever dealt with. They have repeatedly caused serious issues with our business-to-business deliveries.

On one occasion, they lost an entire pallet—which we eventually located ourselves, thanks only to an honest member of the public. TNT refused to accept it was lost, insisting it was still "in transit" for weeks. The only way to get any resolution was to rebook a pickup for the very same pallet, just so they would collect it. When we finally recovered it, the pallet had been left out in the elements and had sustained rain damage.

They’ve also incorrectly charged extra delivery fees on multiple occasions, claiming our regular commercial delivery address was a “private residence.” And most recently, they billed us for a shipment of 20 x 5kg boxes, falsely claiming the consignment weighed 296kg.

If you can avoid using this company, do. Their level of incompetence is astounding. It’s logistics failure on steroids.
