Metto una stella perchè non si può mettere meno. Servizio INESISTENTE perchè non si riesce MAI a parlare con un operatore ma solo con una macchina che non capisce i problemi

Il servizio Tobi è scandaloso. Ti incastra in un giro di domande e risposte che non risolvono minimamente il problema per cui stai chiamando. Per poi decidere lui quando lo ha "risolto" e attaccarti il telefono in faccia, constringendoti a dover richiamare e fare sempre i soliti passaggi, che non porteranno mai a parlare con un operatore umano.

Returned an item and customer service are terrible wrote loads of emails never get back to you , wish I would of read reviews before buying looks like I have wasted my money as they don’t seem to care about returning your money and I have no item either . Won’t be shopping with them again

Come è peggiorata Vodafone, linea rete fissa da attivare , inserisci il numero dato da Vodafone e non lo riconosce😂 provi ti fa chiamare dopo 10 tentativi il 190 che ti richiede il numero di rete fissa che non ha riconosciuto Tobi😂 quindi un loop infinito, alla fine è non ricordo come, mi ha passato il 180 il quale operatore mi dice di fare il numero 190 e premere 3😂 il quale infine la voce guida mi chiede se il problema di linea fissa o mobile e premendo fissa ci risiamo un altro loop. Mi spiace siete diventati così. Ovviamente passo a un altro operatore rendendo modem con tutto quello che ne consegue .

The quality is so bad. I don’t know if these dresses are stolen from others. Oh my god, I can’t recommend them.

Bought from this company in 2018. Quality and fitting is not too bad for beach light jumpsuits and suits. Prices are under $20 Canadian back then. Fast forward now this company gone crazy on prices. No honey, I would not spend $60 for a pair of jumpsuit. Based on other reviews, I'm not expecting quality as well.

Pessimo servizio. Non si riesce a parlare con un operatore, hanno registrato il numero come business anche se privato, ed mi rimbalzano tra 180 e 190. Disservizio totale. I bot andrebbero integrati meglio o eliminati del tutto. Perso una intera giornata

I like that TOBI has super cute and affordable clothes. Also I like that I receive my orders in a reasonable time frame. But I don't like that some of the clothes are made kind of cheaply. This is the 2nd time I've ordered clothes and the straps came apart or threads came off

I have paid the courier fee but the item I ordered has not arrived yet so I emailed to check on the status. I was then told part of the order was out of stock and a partial or full refund would be given. I emailed some questions and it took several days to get a response, the company did not respond so I had to send a follow up email.

QUALITY IS SO CHEAP!

Bought a bridesmaid dress in satin and spent $130. Dress came fast but the quality of the fabric is very poor. It was so thin and not flattering as shown in the picture. I wasted my money and they wouldn’t give a refund. Just a store credit. What an awful experience. Will never buy here again. Beware!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR COMPANy. I bought a graduation dress from here only to have it the worst quality dress I’ve ever tried on. It wasn’t cheap either!! I wanted a refund because I have to buy a whole new dress and also the fact I had to push my photo shoot because I needed to buy a new dress but I couldn’t just go be buy a new one because I have school and work full time. They kept insisting that they only could do store credit and after explaining my situation they just straight up ignored me. I’ve bought from other stores that said they would only give store credit but have made exceptions and this store is too money hungry for that. Even sheins clothes are better than theirs, I’m so dissapointed and I’m out 50 dollars and a dress I can’t do anything with!
Just save yourself the trouble and don’t buy from here oh my god I wish I read the reviews first

as of today, April 19 which is more than two months from the date of purchase i still have not been refunded. after sending numerous emails and being ignored for over a week they finally responded and said they couldnt process my refund since the card i used to purchase was closed. NEVER have i ever had this problem with a business, literally everywhere you go merchants are still able to process your refund even if the card used is closed. thats just not how banking works. I called my bank and they said tobi was trying to process it as a new payment which is unheard of. SKETCHY, SCAMMY AND WEIRD. I should not have to do all this just to get my money back. save yourself a headache and never purchase from them please

Assurdo! Impossibile chattare con un assistente UMANO!! Prima almeno se richiesto, ti scriveva un operatore; ora puoi solo chiamare 📞!

Ordered Nov 11, 2022. As of Mar 15, 2023, still have not received products ordered. Received a response from them on Feb 10, 2023, that order did not pass customs inspection and it would take 15-20 working days to resend. Still waiting.

Worst experience ever. Opened four dresses, tried on, sent back with free shipping label. Within a week they sent a broken English email saying that the clothes were damaged. No return or store credit!!!! Now trying to reach customer service, can’t get anyone on the phone. A horrible scam if a company!!!!

I bought something from Tobi a few years ago and they are harassing me with emails. I have unsubscribed and blocked their emails and they still come through. Never buy from them. Their clothing is sub par and they won’t leave you alone after.
