I wish I saw these reviews before I ordered from here. I bought two dresses and they are both very low quality. I did not know their return policy was store credit only (when companies do this it means their clothes suck) and bought $100 worth of items. Now I canât get my money back and am very disgruntled. What a waste $$$$$ donât order from these frauds. Their clothes run super small too.

Bought a dress from here and the strap broke in public during my first time wearing it. I paid $47 for this dress -- it should not break during its first time being worn. I emailed them and they said they can't do anything about it since "it did not arrive defective and they were not notified within 5 days of it arriving." They did not even offer to send a replacement, give store credit, or a refund. What kind of company is this?? Absolute bs. Do not order from them.
I have a lot of store credit there because i was unaware of their return policy in the past, but now I'm scared to even order more clothing because it will probably rip while I'm wearing it again. You're better off buying from Shein.

The return policy stated on the top of the website is VERY MISLEADING. The "free 10-day returns" does not refer to free refunds; returns are for STORE CREDIT ONLY! I didn't read the return policy carefully enough and purchased over 200 dollars worth of clothing, only to receive extremely poor quality dresses you can get on Shein for a fraction of the price. All of them had very thin and flimsy material, and you can tell from the fact that they all had labels from different "brands" that the prices were marked up extremely high. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM TOBI. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

First off, I placed my order for a dress and NEVER got a confirmation email! I didnât even get a tracking number or anything of the sort. I have no idea what is going on with my dress and itâs about to be a week and the response I got from Tobi was that they are about to ship my dress. Again I received no tracking number which is ridiculous for a brand. I have absolutely no clue if I will even receive my order at this point. I also DMed them on ig like they say to do and I still have not gotten a response
Update: after a constant back and forth and dming on Instagram as well, I finally got my tracking number and received my dress! Honestly Iâm in love with the dress and I couldnât help but think about buying more if the company would communicate with their customers better! Give us a confirmation email and tracking! Thatâs how consumers trust brands/businesses however it was such a massive bummer ordering off of a website with no reviews and then having no update or confirmation on the order.. It leads people to think that the website is a scam because you donât hear anything after you place your order. Overall, Iâm extremely happy with the dress but this company needs to do better!

I made my second purchase (the first was probably four years ago) and was shocked at the low quality of the fabric. At 50% off I paid $116 for a jumpsuit that I could have purchased from Shein, this item is overpriced! Imagine paying the full price of $234!! The fabric is crinkly and will need ironing every time I wear it, it's too short in the torso and just not a great look.
Tobi is a joke! They don't offer refunds, offer store credit only and you'll have to pay the returns shipping yourself. Don't bother shopping here.

I ordered without reading reviews, which I donât normally do, then after reading reviews I got nervous. But my stuff arrived today (I just ordered on Thursday and today is Tuesday) and it all fits like I wanted it to, it is NOT cheap and thin like everyone says, and they even sent me a free set of press-on nails that coordinate with the colors of the stuff I bought. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Cheap clothing and terrible customer service. I ordered a dress and when received, it was super low quality and not wearable at all. It was totally sheer (which it was not supposed to be) and spread loose glitter everywhere. I contacted them the same day I received the dress asking for a refund. After much back and forth, they completely stopped responding. I didnât send the dress back because they never confirmed I would receive a refund, only store credit. I did not want store credit because if the item I received reflects the quality of their clothing, I am not interested in any other items. I sent multiple emails with 0 response over multiple weeks. They only began responding again after I disputed the charge. Turns out itâs now too late to return my item⊠I believe they intentionally delayed response to avoid providing a shipping label to return my item âper their return policyâ. Total scam.

UPDATE: After reading my negative reviews online, Tobi deactivated my online account so that I cannot use my $250 in credit. They straight up stole this money from me. Tobi is HORRIBLE. Their clothes are very low quality. Nothing looks like it does on the site. Some pieces are literally not even wearable -- cut so that you can't raise your arms or so that even small boobs fall right out. The clothes aren't smartly made. They do not offer refunds -- only store credit. The customer service team is a bunch of straight up jerks. Like, they're mean to you. Seriously, steer clear and choose any of about 1,000 other fast fashion sites. This one sucks a lot.
