DO NOT BUY. I purchased a dress and the sizing was completely off. I contacted customer service and after a ton of emails back and forth, they told me to send the dress back to them for store credit and sent me a return label. After I shipped the dress out they never sent me any sort of credit or refund. I contacted them multiple times about it and they tried to say they never received the dress so I provided them the tracking info to prove they received it. Then they said it was too late to return the dress, AFTER THEY ALREADY HAD ME SEND IT BACK TO THEM. they now have the dress and my money and refuse to give me credit or send me my dress back. They told me to send them a prepaid label to return me my dress, and I responded asking for their address information for the label, which they responded to me saying that credit was applied to my account. There is absolutely no credit in my account or on my card, so I emailed back several times asking where I would find this credit. I have reached out to their customer service email 5 times now and have been ignored. I have commented on their Instagram posts, and they just delete the comments. I sent them a DM that they ignored. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND GHOST YOU DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM. Absolutely ridiculous, and it was a $178 dress!!!!!!!

Bought a dress for a formal eventâŠthank god I only paid $30 for itâŠwith $12 shipping which is honestly irritating for a tiny dress. Originally it was $100 and I wouldâve been LIVID if I spent that much money and got the dress I did. Itâs completely see throughâŠeven with all the layers on top of each other, itâs still see through. The material feels like they took a cheap table cloth and made a dress out of it. Literally the biggest waste of money ever.

Unfair refund policy as a new customer
I have had to leave the country on an emergency and was unable to receive my Tobi package. I asked them if I could return it and receive a refund directly to my payment method as 1) I am a new customer and will likely not be using their services again, especially since their refund policy only allows store credit, and 2) I have had to leave the country in an emergency. I have asked kindly for an exception to their refund policy as I am not just a customer who has had an article of clothing not fit well -- I have not gotten to even touch my clothing because I have had to leave the US and have had my package shipped back to their warehouse. Their customer service (which is only accessible via email -- there is no phone number) continues to tell me their refund policy yet won't acknowledge what I am telling them. I am really upset by this and would just like them to refund my payment method as other similar retailers do, too.

My daughter bought a dress for homecoming. The dressed ripped at the top by the straps on both sides. I asked to return and I have recieved nothing but agitation. " Our return policy is 5 days for damaged goods and it has been 15 day and your daughter wore the dress." Seriously! the dress should not rip after one wear. it didn't even make it through the night. Terrible company

This store sent me two dresses, both broken, and had massive shipping delays. Once I finally received the dresses, and opened the package I emailed customer service 20 minutes later. After going through multiple customer service representatives, and sending multiple photos, they asked me to pay to have both defected dresses shipped back to their warehouse, and told me I can only receive store credit. Why would I want to shop at this store again? I would rather my store credit go to waste than deal with anyone at Tobi ever again.

I ordered a dress for a wedding I had a week ago. I ordered one month before so it could be in time just in case any delay with the shipment. Well; itâs been more than a month, and I have not received my dress, when I tracked my shipment with DHL e-commerce ( worst service ever) it said that my parcel was cancelled. I called DHL and they couldnât give me an explanation, just told me to contact tobi. So I did. After 2 emails, one person finally responded and just told me that they have to contact the shipping company to see whatâs going on. I wait 2 weeks for an answer and emailed them back. At this point I had to buy another dress from another store to be able to assist to the wedding. They told me that the shipping company wasnât being too helpful and offered me to send me another dress, which I declined since I donât need another dress since I already assisted to the wedding, and I asked them a refund. Well, after I send my reply , they didnât even answer back, so I had to email again asking for my refund. Which the person answered really rude saying that I have to wait until they found out what happened to the parcel since it says cancelled and they have to investigate if either was me the one who cancelled ( at this point I am beyond angry bc I didnât even know I could cancel a package that was already shipped) I reply them that doesnât make sense I would cancel something I paid almost 100 and that I need to. Then again a really rude reply and since then I havenât get any money or email or nothing. Itâs beyond disrespectful. I just want my money back but they refuse to give me my money back. I donât know what else to do.

I love the dress it is a good thicker material and a beautiful bright color but the strap broke the day I got it and so that was discouraging but I was able to sew it back.
Beautiful and Sexy Dress!
The dress itself is beautiful! The material is soft and the style is exactly as pictured. The neckline is also fitted in a way that I'm not worried about "falling out." I got a small based on the measurements, and it's a little smaller than expected so I'm adjusting the dress myself. I'm normally between Small and Medium, so next time I'd go for the medium. I am 5'3" and the dress is long enough to wear with 4 inch heels as well.

I'm glad I received a 50% discount for it being my first order. I also found both dresses to fit a bit small. So you might want to order up. I'm also disapointed that Tobi doesn't have anything bigger then an XL (or XS), very limited sizing.
