Continually attempted to contact customer support as Tonies box not working since purchased Cannot speak ti anyone and appears to he uncontactible. We get message Fox and followed instructions given for this but still not working .

Awesome customer service! The product sells itself as kids love it (my daughter is obsessed with her Toniebox as we don't use any screens, so she's often listening to her Tonie box). But unfortunately it broke - the customer service was 10/10. I sent pics and videos of it not working and they sent a return label and dispatched me a replacement Toniebox with a free gifted Tonie character inside. My daughter was soo happy :)
100% would recommend you buying a Toniebox just for how great the customer service is tbh - and your kid will definitely love it with all the characters.

Ordered the tonie box 2 bundle with 3 tonies for my sons birthday on express delivery (which paid extra for) haven’t received the tonie box. Tracking says shipment created for last 3 days with no update at all. Customer service team are slow to respond. Not a great start, my son will not be receiving this for his birthday now. If I had been contacted I would have liked a refund and I could have bought it in a shop so he could at least open it for his birthday .

Had email stating it had been dispatched, paid for next day delivery but nothing arrived. Customer service difficult to get hold of. Parcel company states it is still with Tonies but they said it has been dispatched. Nothing has been done about the whereabouts of the parcel.

Nous utilisons la Toniebox au quotidien et le concept est vraiment excellent. Cependant, la fiabilité du produit laisse clairement à désirer : à peine la garantie de 2 ans terminée (février), la box tombe déjà en panne dès le mois suivant. Les boutons de volume situés au niveau des oreilles ne fonctionnent plus, rendant l’utilisation très compliquée.
Difficile de ne pas parler d’obsolescence programmée dans ce contexte, surtout pour un produit positionné sur un segment premium. On s’attend légitimement à une durée de vie bien plus longue.
Mais le plus choquant reste le service client. Totalement inadapté et frustrant. Impossible d’obtenir une vraie solution claire et cohérente. Les réponses sont vagues, peu engageantes, et ne tiennent absolument pas compte des attentes légitimes du client. On a le sentiment d’être baladé sans réelle volonté de résoudre le problème.
À cela s’ajoute une gestion des demandes qui manque de logique et de transparence, avec des propositions qui ne répondent pas au problème initial. On est très loin d’un service professionnel, surtout pour une marque aussi connue.
Conclusion : concept séduisant, mais fiabilité décevante et SAV clairement en dessous de tout. Très mauvaise expérience globale.

We've been devoted Tonies customers for years, my son has an impressive collection and listens to his Toniebox every single morning. We've spent well over £600 on the box, Tonies, and accessories, and I've recommended the brand to friends and on social media without hesitation.
So it's genuinely disappointing to have to write this. When the Toniebox developed a fault, I contacted customer support and was walked through a lengthy back-and-forth process, including being asked to film and submit a video, only to be told there was nothing they could do. I already knew the device was outside the two-year warranty. A simple check of my account would have told them the same thing from the start.
No goodwill gesture, no discount on a replacement, nothing.
Tonies, you make a product children genuinely love. It's a shame your support doesn't reflect that.

Awful customer service, had a fox fault on a brand new version 2 and kept getting the same requests from the robot communication for information over and over and no resolution.
Fantastic product. Our kids love their Tonies.
When we had an issue it was resolved swiftly and easily. One of our Tonies stopped charging, and once we lodged a claim, it was replaced within a week.

Every single person I've spoken to at Tonies are so polite and helpful. Unfortunately my son's Tonie Box is faulty but the support has been fantastic and I'm satisfied with the outcome - I've been sent a returns label and a couple of days after sending the old one back, the new one is on its way! Can't wait for it to arrive! Thanks guys 🌟

I wouldn’t recommend tonies boxes. I’ve had mine for 3 years and its battery hasn’t kept charge for well over a year and just from using the headphone jack once it has now completely stopped working without headphones! That is the first time my son has even plugged in head phones and it’s now broken. The ears broke a long time ago so you can’t press them. It certainly is NOT build to last! Better off getting a yoto box! My friend brought hers the same time I brought the tonies box and her yoto is going strong with no faults at all!

Purchased a Tonies through TikTok. The delivery company Yodel stole the package. This was caught on doorbell camera, the delivery driver took a picture of it halfway out my letterbox and then stole it. Tonies said this was a TikTok problem, TikTok said it's a Tonies problem, the law states it's actually Tonies problem to resolve. Trading Standards have now been contacted.

Absolutely appalling customer service.
After just 4 months, my daughter’s Tonie Box 2 developed a charging issue. It was still well within warranty, and initially the company agreed it qualified for a replacement.
However, after over a week of back-and-forth emails with customer service, saying waiting for my return email, I finally gave up. The process was frustrating, unhelpful, and ultimately led nowhere. Despite being told it would be replaced, I was left without any resolution and broken £100 paper weight.
It’s fair to say my little one is devastated, as she truly loved her Tonie Box. But I simply can’t justify spending £100+ again on a product when I wasn’t supported with a legitimate warranty claim.
Very disappointing experience from start to finish.

We were gifted a Tonies box for Christmas. It has been used daily and is part of our bedtime routine without fail. There is a great range of Tonies characters to choose from but I’d advise downloading the app for sneak peeks to what they sound like as well as the running time. I did find some of the Tonies had short run times so didn’t feel they were worth the price but this was just personal preference. We have a large selection of Tonies to pick from and we look forward to more new ones in the future.

Toniebox itself is epic. It’s a great screen free way for kids to listen to stories and music on their own, the build quality is really solid, and it’s simple enough for little hands to use without any hassle.
What did disappoint me though is that a lot of the Disney Tonies, like Moana and Elsa et al, don’t actually use the original songs from the films. They use re recorded cover versions instead, and it definitely loses some of the magic. For the price of each character, I really expected the proper original voices and soundtracks.

My sons tonies box stopped working and in a matter of days they have resolved the issue and it was no hassle at all the lady helping was super helpful all they way though my 2 year old son will be super happy
