Fast delivery, easy Install. Keep up the good Work. The tracking is especially awesome, because it doesnt require you to have anything on your head and it works wonderfully. 10/10 would reccomend.

I purchased the Trackhat v2 sensor in November. After have some initial success, after less than 2-months the tracking simply locks up and fails to respond.

I had some initial trouble getting hold of TrackHat support but issues have now been ironed out and we're troubleshooting the issue.

Update August 2024:
I've given up with the new Trackhat v2 sensor, even after following support's troubleshooting guidance, it still locks up after a short period of use. I've fallen back to the old TrackHat sensor for now, but will look at upgrading to another product in the future.

DHL messed up but the tracker was shipped out again ASAP and works absolutely amazing.
Side note: don't use a USB 3.0 port or you'll have trouble with the camera.

I had the original trackhat and loved it but the new V2 is a real game changer no more having to wear anything on your head plug in camera set up and go.
Also I wear glasses and have had zero issues.

Bought the head tracker. Had some issues setting it up due to having no experience in the area. Got in contact with customer support and it was sorted rather quickly. Even got an extension on my return window due to my circumstances.

TackHat has solved a lot of my problems. Without needing anything "attached" to your head to manage the view on board the plane, everything is more fluid and natural. Tested with various simulators, it works perfectly. Thanks, TrackHat!

Picked up a Sensor v2. Tends to be a bit fussy regarding which USB port it's plugged into, likely due to power/voltage/current requirements. Works great, though, and I appreciate not having to finagle with a cap.

Using one monitor on my flightsim I was really surprised that it worked so well. It has made flying much more enjoyable and more lifelike. It takes some time tweaking it to your needs but after that it leaves you with jus one question, Why did I not use it before?

A quick delivery of my order. Good support and when I decided that the item was not suitable for me the refund was promptly paid.

Great Cusomer Service! Great Product. Funtion over Design but thats all i ask for.

Works really well and set up can be reasonably simple if you find right videos online.

Excellent product! Works so much better than the other head tracking product. Customer support is outstanding also. Quick response to my questions.
Trackhat makes my flight sim experience much better. I would definitely try Trackhat.

Excellent after sales service. My 2 queries regarding setup were responded too very quickly. Problems were solved thanks to the concise advice given. Would recommend this company and this product.

This is a brilliant product with many advantages over VR. Takes a little time to set it up to your own preferences but then does a great job. I use if with MSFS and it's perfect for that.

Very good product and service

Initially had issues with the first sensor v2 I received but James immediately sent me a new one without hesitation. Fantastic product as well as easy to use software to go with it. Great for DCS and Flight Sim! Really happy with the product!

Quick shipping, product works great

Ordered a Sensor v2 earlier in the year, and had issues which gradually got worse over time (after my initial post) - with it failing to track intermittently. Got in touch with James (trackhat) - who after some basic fault finding agreed to accept it back and arranged a replacement.

Now I have a working version - very good product - tracking very precise with the added benefit a battery or USB powered attachment is no longer required to be headset mounted. Never had any issues with tracking being affected by glasses either - and works in all light levels.

As per my previous post had issues with the tracking software maintaining any changes I made. However - exported my settings to my own 'ini' file which maintains the changes with no issues.

Use with both DCS World and Frontier Elite with no issues.

Recommended.
