Really poor service, I wanted a part from a car that was just in and not yet processed, instead of calling me when it was available the call handler simply told to keep ringing back weekly, which I did, I even offered to buy the entire car at one point but after several weeks he told me it had been crushed and no parts had been saved. As the car is rare this was an appalling waste of resource and my time.

I have had two parts now, a wing and an undertray.
Both have been pre cleaned and excellently packed.
The tray arrived to my door within 24hr. Very happy and would use again.

I've had numerous parts from headlights to breaklights and everything in-between.
Not all for the same vehicle either. Everything, every time has been as described and a perfect fit.
Even when I've not been sure, a quick phone call and it's put right.
The prices are good and delivery is exceptional .

Was buying a window wiper motor for my freelander, process was very quick and painless. Got all of it sorted in 10 minutes time. Mark Acourt was very polite and helpful. This place will be my first port of call if I need another part!

Totally excellent! I needed a spare wheel plus the accompanying kit for my Polo and after searching the internet I came across Trents. I'd never heard of them but they had what I wanted at a good price. A quick and easy call that was answered quickly without ever mentioning 'the plague' by a very helpful chap by the name of Mark A. He confirmed that it was in stock and that it could be delivered for free. Simple transaction and the wheel, tyre and all the tools arrived within 24hrs of ordering which exceeds all expectations. Trents will be my first port of call the next time I'm searching for any car bits or equipment. Well done, Trents!!
