I ordered my part with great ease and efficiency. Matt very kindly ensured I was ordering the correct part and he was extremely patient! Great service from staff who are very happy to help. Very polite too!

Very annoying - the people I dealt with don't know what they are doing or the advice they are giving as i've been messed around for two weeks now. I initially arranged for a car to be collected - gave full details and explained I would have to stay in for it as I worked over an hour away, done online with a followup phone call to confirm things - I was called on the day of the 1st arranged collection and told they couldn't come and it would be rearranged, which I did. I then stayed in on the second arranged day (today) and was just called at 2pm and told they aren't coming today or at all. Apparently - I should have been told, their truck is bigger/longer than a double decker bus and it won't fit down my road - so they have cancelled it altogether. We have 8 wheeled lorries drive down this road filled with aggregate - they dont seem to find it difficult. To add insult to injury - I was also told I didn't actually have to wait in anyway as they do a 'pick up without you there' anyway - apparently the person who initially took the call should have told me that nugget of information - it would have been useful to drop in whilst I was explaining the difficulty of getting back to be here when the driver arrived - so It would be easier if I just stayed at home that day. A total waste of two weeks of organising and two days of waiting in - I was using this 'national company' as I thought they would be reliable... well, not for me!

Messed my order up at the beginning. If I hadn’t have chased it up I would have still been waiting for the item to be dispatched. They were quick enough to take my money…..

Ordered a gear box after I was told it would fit my car. It didn’t. Was told that this was my fault, and that it was an “incorrect purchase”.

THEY DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS EVEN THOUGH THIS IS STATED ON THEIR WEBSITE.

Had to pay another £30 for a courier to return the gearbox.

They take another 20% off as a restocking charge so I’m now a further £84 out of pocket. A lot of money considering I’m a student!!!!

Don’t waste your time trying to contact customer services because you’ll be waiting hours on hold.

Very helpful in aquiring part i needed & very quick service.

I used this company to find a part for our 04 astra,which was Discontinued.
I rang the Poole office and they found the part in the other yard. Which I got posted to we in under 4 days

Awful company on two occasions they have tried to pay less when they've turned up the latest went from £459 down to £200 even after phone calls telling them about the vehicles condition parts missing were plastic and worthless apparently there not a scrap yard but quote on scrap car broker sites what a joke there were parts in the van and still no response as to why it was towed away on a spec lift no way that was legal

I was looking for a rear axle for my crash damaged 2010 Ford Fiesta,
Every where local to me wanted upwards of £200, then I remembered "Trents" due to watching "KevTee" on YouTube,
Gave them a call at 11am Tuesday, axle arrived Wednesdays for £120 all in,
I cant thanks "Trents" and "Matt Storey (Sales Administrator)" enough
