Fake reviews from '1 contribution ' visitors are rife and usually follow a genuine bad review. This is seemingly allowed . Censorship of genuine positive reviews following more than one visit . Told it was too similar when it was completely different. What a strange and unhelpful platform.

Con molto piacere Vi scrivo questa recensione molto positiva della nostra esperienza con la ditta Il Mio Tecnico IMT s.a.s. di Ercole Di Matteo & C.
Impeccabile la gestione dell'appuntamento per preventivo e installazione. Professionalità e competenza ricevuta da parte del titolare nel consigliare la tipologia di prodotto e la posizione delle macchine di condizionamento. Dopo una settimana dall'approvazione del preventivo ci hanno installato le macchine in una casa con muri in mattoni, eseguendo un lavoro preciso ordinato e pulito. I tecnici istallatori persone competenti ,educate e disponibili.

I’m afraid that Trip Advisor is censoring its reviews with sinister intent. I recently composed a restaurant review for the platform which was:

a. accurate
b. polite
c. removed as an “ineligible experience” (apparently, good experiences tend to be more- um- eligible)

Compromised review platforms are really just propaganda. Legitimate reviewing platforms like Yelp and Facebook had no difficulties with my review. I like my food hot but don’t care for cooked restaurant reviews. Shame on you, Trip Advisor!

Ce site qui référence soit disant les bonnes adresses, ne gère absolument pas les établissements qui sont fermés et aucun lien pour leur signalé.

Je suis donc passee par un avis où je mentionnait sur la fiche du resto en question qu'il était définitivement fermé (je passe devant très régulièrement et j'y avais mangé plusieurs fois sans rien critiquer.

Et voici que je reçois mail m'informant que mon avis n'est pas publié > je me dis OK, message passé par les modérateurs.
Mais non, la fiche du resto est toujours bien active.

Donc 1 site de référence qui ne référence pas les infos réelles est TOTALEMENT INUTILE.

Je me passerai à l'avenir de le consulter et vais tenter de supprimer mon compte.

Every time I search for something very specific like beaches in Amsterdam. Trip advisor pops up with a brilliant title like 15 best beaches in Amsterdam, perfect I think. Then I click on it and it brings me to " outdoor activities " not one article about beaches let alone 15. What's the deal with that?

Wouldn't trust anything this company says. They can't even get their distances right from one location to another,they are way out. Absolute rubbish.

Unable to contact them about splitting all my reviews.
They seem to have set me up with two accounts now and I have no idea why?

They advertise in $US in New Zealand without acknowledgment on local website. Don’t trust what they say and never book with them. They are misleading and deceptive.

Booked a day trip on Trip Advisor through the Top Cashback website. The transaction tracked however Trip Advisor are refusing to register the cashback. Top Cashback amazingly have said they will honour the amount and pay us the cashback themselves from their own funds.
Moral of the story, don’t expect cashback to be honoured by Trip Advisor if you book a trip on its website by first going through Top Cashback

Trip Advisor entfernte nicht nur meine negative Bewertung zu einer antisemitischen Nazikneipe in Innsbruck.

Une belle enseigne au centre ville de Valence (26) et un nom bien connu dans la restauration régionale.....mais déjeuner hier bien décevant car la tête de veau sauce gribiche à 24€ est arrivée presque froide....est repartie en cuisine et revenue à table, avec sa sauce dite"gribiche" sans saveur avec beaucoup de d'oeuf mouliné, d'huile mais peu de persil et autres ingrédients, et avec une pomme de terre encore dure. Mon invitée a commandé un filet de loup au même prix tout juste sorti du congélateur avant une cuisson bien fade et sans grand caractère.
Pour les desserts, une bonne tarte Tatin pour l'un et des crêpes Suzette flambée correctes.
Un pichet de blanc Aligoté 50 cl bien agréable à boire
Total 95€ et bien chers pour la qualité des plats principaux.
Nous étions habitués chez Chabran Pont d'Isère à un autre niveau qualitatif et de service sérieux.
Bien déçus par cette expérience valentinoise que nous ne ferons plus! Dommage.......

penso che nel complesso sia un bel modo di paragonare contemporaneamente più informazioni, l'utilità e la funzione sono eccelse.

Lorsque vous écrivez un avis négatif sur le site TripAdvisor en l’occurrence sur Brussels Airlines qui annule ses vols sans arrêt , il vous renvoie un message pour dire que l’avis ne correspond pas à leurs standards.
Alors que ce même avis est publié sur TrustPilot sans problème.
Bien évidemment beaucoup de ces sociétés sont aussi les clients de TripAdvisor et ces derniers refusent de leur faire du tort.
Alors que mon avis était objectif et non insultant, ils se sont permis de l’annuler, ce que je trouve d’une incorrection complète. Je hais la censure injuste et injustifiée.

Seems like dishonest reviews are the game for this company.

Reviews deleted for a second time as it allegedly breached guidelines but no explanation of what guideline.
Appealed and notification came that my appeal was dismissed after a thorough investigation of all facts despite it being completed in less than 24 hours with NO COMMUNICATION TO ME

Despite contacting customer services several times about a fairly negative review of an apartment i stopped in the review was not published.
I had attached photos of the housekeeping issues so they could see it was a real reflection of my stay.
They kept fobbing me off saying it was a bug in the system and they could not say if and when it would be sorted. I deleted the review and wrote a new review that was not very critical of the apartment and again it was not published.
All my positive review of the cafes and bars i visited in Keswick were published.
It seems as though they do not want to upset people who place ads with them which in my opinion makes the site useless.
I have closed my account with them and deleted all my reviews.

Trip advisor refuse to post reviews of establish that mention the homophobic behaviour of their staff even when there’s evidence of homophobic harassment

I can’t see any details of reviews, even my own, without being asked for dates on when I would like to stay somewhere. 😡. Why can’t I close the calendar down with an X in the corner or something. This is making the website unusable. Terrible design of website

They are their own con! Yes, they are in receipt of revenue from the venues we review, and if they want to they will take down reviews, and do, on anything that impacts their revenue! All it needs (as I know and have proven) is for the owner, who also pays the platform to advertise, to contact them, lie and say, ''This negative review is untrue'', and Trip Advisor will take it down! I have contacted them, and they claim they take any reports of company fraud in reviewing seriously. Rubbish! They encourage it! How can a platform receive payment, and effectively be employed by a company, however big or small, and then be unbiased with reviews for that company? All that company will do is say, ''Right, we are not advertising with you any more!'' That is the issue. Hence, no review can ever be trusted as being TRUE on Trip advisor! Oh, and they also (as reported here before) boast that they use computer software to 'detect' suspicious reviews. Really??? Any software, today, has cookies, and anyone can be traced if they use the same browser, etc. And, yes, anyone writing lots of reviews can be spotted. But, this nonsense is one of their many excuses for allowing fraud from the company! It means if one leaves a genuine, negative review, as I did, and it gets flagged, and they bother to make contact, and false claim one can edit, and it will go back, they BLOCK! Yet, as with the White Horse, East Runton. the owner is known for getting his staff and friends to leave fake reviews. The local council are taking action, the local residents are taking action, yet Trip Advisor takes down every one of the reviews, from the very many who write the truth, because they take money in revenue!

Site muito fraco. Não aceitam a comentários verdadeiros sobre pessoas reais que desempenham tristes funções em diversas áreas. Odeio. Fui bloqueado e sem razão! Por tentar fazer a diferença e apontar os verdadeiros pontos onde "este e aquele, o Ricardo ou o rui" falham consecutivamente seja onde for que pisem. Não temos culpa disso nem seremos submissos a esses ideais de ideologistas de alpinismo anti-social. Nem uma árvore de natal sabem montar. Envergonhar duas pessoas ao mesmo tempo significa ser hábil para envergonhas essas mesmas pessoas caso seja realmente necessário para o bem da comunidade pela qual lutamos e defendemos, dia sim, dia não. Desculpem me este desabafo mas já.nao durmo a três dias. Só.gostava de ver isto resolvido e poder voltar a comentar os.sitios.onde eles trabalham. Obrigado e muita força para os fans do Lios de Matos.
