Hi Luai,

Excellent Service, Quality Parts and Fair Prices
I have ordered from Trodo several times, and my latest order once again confirmed why I continue using them.
Trodo has been honest and reliable throughout my experience. The team is professional, responsive and helpful, especially when dealing with vehicle parts where correct information and compatibility are important.
The quality of the parts has been excellent, with reputable brands such as Lemförder, Stabilus and Quick Brake. Prices are also very competitive compared with many other suppliers, while still offering good-quality products.
One improvement I would suggest is introducing a loyalty or points programme for regular customers. Frequent customers could earn points from their purchases and use them for discounts, reduced shipping costs or other benefits on future orders.
Overall, I am very satisfied with Trodo and would recommend them for their honesty, professionalism, parts quality and competitive pricing.

Hi Moha,
Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience.
We'd like to clarify that all spare parts sold by Trodo are covered by a warranty. To assess a warranty claim, we do need some additional information and documentation regarding the faulty part. This information is necessary for us to investigate the case and provide the appropriate solution.
If you haven't already done so, please provide the requested information or contact our customer service team. We'll be happy to assist you throughout the process.
Thank you for your cooperation, and we hope to resolve this for you soon. Have a great day!
