I absolutely love the NAE vegan boots I ordered from Urbankissed. Urbankissed is based outside the U.K. so order took a bit longer (just over 1 week). I was kept up to date with the delivery by urban kissed customer service who were great. Overall really happy and would recommend this company.

I ordered a lingerie set and absolutely love it! The fit is perfect, the material is high-quality, as promised. Also, the Customer Service was very friendly and answered my request for information about the delivery very quickly!

I bought a pair of sneakers twice. Once for me and once for my daughter. Size is perfect. Very quick shipping and very friendly customer service.

Absolutely gorgeous lingerie! Love that it’s eco conscious too! The quality is excellent. I’ll definitely buy from them again. I did feel that things ran a bit small so I sized up and would probably size up even more next time.

I was nervous about buying lingerie online and not knowing my size. However, I was able to reach out to customer service with my sizing questions via email and got timely responses! I also put my measurements into to comment section of each item and all of my bras fit perfectly.

I'm really happy with my purchase. The quality is really good and boht the top and the shorts fit really nicely. I received the items I purchased within a couple of weeks (I'm UK based) and despite not being clear on when they were shipped I received prompt response when I enquired about that. I appreciated the small packaging to reduce waste product.

The sizing is perfect. I sent along my sizes in the notes section and I haven’t had any other lingerie that fits this well. I love wearing something that feels like it was made for me!

The customer service is very friendly and really helped me find the ideal size for me. It really made a difference and I was in the end very happy with my order.

I ordered an quite expensive shirt 2 month ago. Everywhere else it was on preorder but nothing mentioned here - it was a bit more expensive than at the other sellers though but I wanted it for a special occasion.
After the delivery date has passed I ask them about the shirt and they tell me its on preorder and it will arrive during the next month - damn.
Well I wait and the month has passed and we're now two month in and they have not answered my last two mails I've sent during the past week.
I hope you'll get in contact with me when writing this, my very first complain ever.

As answered below by Urbanised, they did escalate their communication quite a bit on e-mail, sms and WhatsApp - multiple times during the weekend. A bit much but thank you for answering me though!
I have my sent mails to you in my outbox - I've replied to your emails (it says in you mails too reply there or on the website) from reply(a)replain-mail(dot)com (maybe there's a problem with that).
Nevertheless it seems like a red herring fallacy because this order is way overdo at this point that my 2 e-mails last week (that you may or may not received) are fairly irrelevant to you not giving me heads-up during the process with the delay.

Something went wrong with my order and they answered my questions with kindness and the problem was solved immediately. They also clearly care about the products they sell and about the people who buy them.

Amazingly friendly, caring and attentive service, high quality products, lovely packaging - I can really recommend urbankissed to everyone!

My order was more beautiful in person than in the photos, I loved the reusable and compostable package it came in, shipping went smoothly and my package arrived earlier than expected. Overall, I am so happy that I found this company and I don't know what I love more, their mission or their products!

Beautiful ethical collection and the customer service was so responsive and helpful!

The shoes are beautiful and comfy, i usually wear size 40 but in this case the shoes were too small. Custom Service reacted promply and sent me a new pair beautiful and fitting White Sneakers. Looking forward to wear Them with everything as soon as winter is over! :)

I love a conscious webshop, obviously, but especially when they sell my favourite lingerie brand - Nette Rose. Browsing an online store just feels so much better when you know that whatever you decide on has been picked with care.
I have no complaints about the whole ordering process or the delivery. Everything was very clear. Processing my order took about a week and delivery was maybe a few days after I had received the e-mail that my order was shipped. Please note that I ordered a handmade item, so I was fully prepared to wait a bit.
