The package arrived very quickly, the caps I ordered are a good fit (adjustable) and are exactly like they are presented on the website regarding color and the stiching/text on the front. They even sent me a personal email asking if I was happy with the order and thanked me for the purchase, which I really appreciated. Would for sure order again if I ever needed anything.

The delivery by post was quick and the products arrived undamaged. The quality of the lingerie exceeded my expectations - they are beautifully made and the lace details are lovely.

The order was delivered as you would expect. The "nette rose" piece itself: lovely details, high quality and well made. Sadly the wrong size arrived. However, after getting in touch with the support team the right size was sent to me in no time. Customer Service was fast, professional and very friendly. All in all a very good experience.
