Received the wrong colour item in the box with the correct colour description. Completed online form and provided images/proof. Received an email asking for the photos if already provided, then when I responded explaining this wasn’t replied to for 2 days. I then asked if someone could get back to me. Was then contacted asking for order number name and postcode which they already had from the initial form online. Then was told the item was out of stock and asked if I’d returned the shoes yet. I hadn’t returned shoes as I hadn’t been told what to do next, and expected to receive the correct item. The website still has the item for sale in the size I selected so they haven’t even removed it from the website to prevent this happening again. So I am still to receive either the correct item or a refund or a payment to cover me returning the wrong item. Disgusting customer service.

Fast service. I placed the order on 4 Oct and received the item on 10 Oct at my US address.

Item received with security tag still attached, therefore I had to go to a sports direct store to have this removed before I could wear the product.

Clothes didn’t fit, they were far too big and after paying postage I had to pay an additional £15.40 to return them

Let me place my order, took payment and then cancelled half my order. Wouldn’t let me change my order so I then had to make a second and pay for postage again.

postage is expensive £6.99!!!!! I did receive the next day but it wasn't urgent and don't feel I should be forced to pay a premium delivery service

Wrong size and customer service is very poor via website chat very slow and advisor not answering the questions I think they enjoyed that not helpful not recommending this

I just opened my package and found out the sneakers are the same but all black. In the picture it had the sole white but it came all black. Also the letters moschino were supposed to be white but they’re also black. They’re cool but it’s not like the picture.
