A Great Place To Shop And Hassle Free!
A Great place to shop and hassle free! 10/10. (A bit confused though? lol.) I ordered from Van Mildert and when I recieved my S. Island Jacket it came in a large Black Zipped Flannels bag and all the paperwork was just like I had ordered from Flannels themselves?

Received the wrong item
Received the wrong item - subsequently chased up via customer services (webchat & email) with all requested information & absolutely zero help/response. Couldn’t return as I was about to go on holiday for a fortnight - very poor customer service.

Unpleasant experience. My delivery from DPD came covered in a…
My delivery from DPD came covered in a blue slime like substance that was inside and outside the box. The items inside were not packaged well so they were ruined. The paperwork was destroyed. Customer services at first seemed helpful agreeing to collect back the items and refund me but after giving them several different dates to collect back they fail to collect and then don’t respond to my emails.

Items arrived on time, unfortunately too big...
As this was a Birthday gift I drove over 20 miles to return to store. Explained to young man at desk (who was very pleasant) and he went looking for smaller size. Unfortunately, they didn't have smaller size, but he advised me I could choose something else, which, after 20mins or so, my son did..
Then and only then was I told an exchange was NOT possible after all, as I had purchased from them online?
What the!!!????
One very disappointed son with NO Birthday present and one very angry Out of Pocket mother!
Now I have to return via royal mail and wait for refund!!!!!

Every parcel burst open
Every parcel burst open, boxes smashed and marked exchanged. Your couriers are either very clumsy or there actively busting open every parcel you send out to see what's in them. Sick of it. None of the Packaging is reusable looks like seconds trash
Tacky outfit or tacky couriers?? Your other customers ok?.
