Simple to order, good price delivered quickly

Great service I was after a product i couldn’t get at any off my suppliers and it was dispatched and delivered in a quick and easy process and at a delivery cost that didn’t cost as much as the herringbone flooring I was ordering 👌

Good communication and delivery time. However delivery was shocking. Advised with a neighbour, as requested, but it was actually left at our front door in the rain

Called customer services before placing my order, who said delivery would be 5 working days maximum. Placed and paid for order first thing Monday morning and booked fitter for Saturday morning. No sign of delivery on Friday nor any tracking or updates, just random emails stating they have received my order, taken my payment, and nothing else. Finally had update on Friday afternoon stating delivery would definitely be today (Monday 16/02/2026). Called DX to confirm a timescale only to be told that that my order would not be delivered today but tomorrow. Had I not called I would have been none the wiser, I took the day off work on both Friday and Monday for nothing and wasted my time and annual leave. Now received an email stating order will come tomorrow "at my request!!". Absolutely appalling, disgraceful, dishonest & unprofessional behaviour. Will not be ordering from this company again.
