Came in to sort my phone out which wasn't receiving phone calls. Dealt with by Fiz who was very helpful and informative and sorted everything for us. He had patience and time to explain everything . A pleasure to meet him and an asset yo the company.

Happy customer

Came in with no idea of what's happening with the outstanding bill on the contract. Ended up leaving with a newer phone and a cheaper plan. Couldnt be any more happier, Big shout out to Nad.

Super helpful & friendly staff

Called into the Barnsley branch to mainly check a deal against what i was being offered from Sky. I've been with Vodafone for a very long time and didn't want to leave. I was approached by the lovely Isabelle, who understood my dilema... and took her time to look at all the deals available, and managed to match something for me. She explained all the detail in an easy to understand manner and made this visit very enjoyable. The entire team there seemed very friendly and helpful.

Needed new contract

I had telephoned vodaphone to no satisfaction was going to go to Sky but happened to call into shop in barnsley where Isabelle served me. She got me a good plan, was so lovely and pleasant and i am now staying with Vodaphone. Pleasant and helpful experience
