I went into the Basingstoke store…

I went into the Basingstoke store Friday the 4th of July around 4.30ish and I got something stuck in my charging port, I got approached straight away and the man who served me helped me straight away got what was stuck out of the charging port he didn’t have to do that as wasn’t part of the job. Genuinely made my day as I was having the worst day ever!!! Amazing service

Outstanding Service from Jacob at Vodafone Basingsingstoke

I recently purchased an iPhone 16 Pro from the Vodafone store in Festival Place, Basingstoke, and had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Jacob. His customer service was exceptional—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. What impressed me even more was that he delivered this top-tier service while simultaneously training another team member, who was also fantastic.

Jacob made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable, answering all my questions with patience and clarity. It’s rare to come across someone who balances multitasking with such grace and attention to detail. A real credit to Vodafone!

Lauren really helped me in store today

Lauren really helped me in store today. I changed my phone from the samsung fold to the ultra and she helped me return everything and i even left with a birthday present for my son in the form of a new tablet! Your team are very good thank you for everything !
