Lauren really helped me in store today

Lauren really helped me in store today. I changed my phone from the samsung fold to the ultra and she helped me return everything and i even left with a birthday present for my son in the form of a new tablet! Your team are very good thank you for everything !

Contract Renewal

We went in to our local Basingstoke store to renew our contract. We were seen by Peter, who was absolutely amazing. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Amazing deals great service

Went into the basingstoke store today. Looking to change provider over to Vodafone. Spoke with Jacob who has gone above and beyond to help me. Not only has he found me a great deal on a sim only he has also found me a better deal on my Internet. Jacob has been very polite, friendly, helpful he has found me some great deals. I would highly recommend
