Rubbish No speed No costumer service illegal drilling
Rubbish costumer services, no communication with their partners, ignoring costumers request and sending city fibre to make more holes (illegally without consent from owners ) on your building and put more cables!! Unacceptable 👎
I changed to three 5G 3 free months and as fast as any fibre out there...I work from home.
Vodafone/city fibre/virgin and other Fibre are using propaganda to take more money from you their fibre internet is NOT faster, is just super expensive internet and they are destroying our buildings with Cables and boxes!!!

I went in looking to upgrade my phone and Chloe couldn't have been more helpful. Even with a slight glitch along the way she was brilliant and helped at every step. I've left happy with my new phone contract all thanks to her!!

Absolutely brilliant service
Chloe is possibly the most helpful advisor I’ve encountered. Nothing is ever too much trouble and always done with a smile, even when I was having trouble with my broadband order. She updated me every step of the way. 10/10 service and will always come back

Very good customer service
Our current provider was not fulfilling our need, so we needed to change provider. Luckily our local Vodafone shop was there to help us change providers. The offered us an incredible new deal. With help from Chloe, who explained ever step to us in detail and what we would be getting as part of the new deal. She was incredible with my mother and made sure she understood everything. We use Vodafone for all our phones so we know we can always pop in and ask any questions we have

Most help and knowledge Vodafone staff
I travel to this store from Aberdeenshire every 2 years to renew contract change phones.
Staff are extremely pleasant and helpful and above all knowledgeable
It is a great pleasure to deal with this store and they are as great credi to Vodafone

Although kev and the team were closing…
Although kev and the team were closing they still helped me sort a problem with my contract, saved me £70 a month and helped me choose the right mobile wifi! Thank you I really appreciated everything

Amazing service i cant thank them enough. I thought my phone screen was broken, Kev fixed it in a few seconds and explained everything as well as how i could save money.
Im not even with Vodaphone but they were happy to help which is a credit to your company. I will definitly be back when its time to upgrade.
