Avoid Bolton branch
Really disappointed with the service at Vodafone Bolton. Natalie’s customer service was very poor — she was rude, avoided eye contact, and made the whole experience uncomfortable. She also messed up my contract, which the Bury store thankfully managed to fix.
I mentioned the poor service to Lee in-store, but he just nodded and didn’t seem concerned at all. Overall, this branch is a poor representation of Vodafone and I wouldn’t recommend visiting. The Bury team, on the other hand, were fantastic and sorted everything out quickly and professionally.

Came in for some support
Came in for some support. Lee was amazing, so friendly, chatty and experienced. He helped me understand some minor tech issues with my current device which helped me with my initial query. And then helped me going forward with what current offers I had as I was an existing customer and helped me going forward to purchase some deals and freebies. Thankyou Lee!

Phone upgrade
